Notre salon est un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se détendre regarder la télévision ou tout simplement discuter après une journée dans les parcs ou les achats.
La cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris un percolateur unité d'élimination de la taille de la chaudière à micro-ondes et de vous donner un jour de congé de cette corvée un lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et dryerare logés dans le garage.
Salle à manger peut asseoir 6 autour de notre table et leur est une chaise haute si nécessaire.
Notre chambre principale est en-suite et a un grand roi de mousse à mémoire de taille lit confortable pour une bonne nuit de sommeil, et pour votre confort d'une télévision et un lecteur DVD avec une sélection de films.
Vous ne serez pas sortir les jeunes de la piscine de notre piscine qui est un grand 24x12, il dispose d'un chauffage ou de gaz solaire si nécessaire dans les mois les plus froids (coût supplémentaire applique) si froid et se détendre sur nos chaises longues et profiter du fantastique soleil de la Floride ou assis sous la pont avec un vin frais ou à la bière son fortement recommandé. La zone terrasse de la piscine est entièrement clos avec une piscine en Floride déduits cage
 
Ce qui rend cette villa idéale est les 2 chambres et salle de bains supplémentaire sont à l'étage grande pour 2 familles.

Chambre de la Reine en mousse à mémoire de taille est très confortable. Tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris un lecteur TV et DVD. Chambre à deux lits est idéal pour les petits et a une grande boîte de la station de jeu Xbox de jouets et une sélection de jeux pour enfants et des films pour enfants de sorte qu'ils devraient se divertir pendant des heures.

Great stay, Fantastic location

Had a great stay. Owners respond quickly. Pictures are acutely shown, except the house has been painted a very pretty teal recently. Should update outside pic. The house is pretty. Neighbors are all so nice. Took a run in the morning through the neighborhood so nice. Little lakes. Birds and wildlife everywhere. Publix and shopping just a short drive. Good food close as well. Millers Ale house was our favorite. Disney a quick drive away. We had a fantastic time.

Nice owners and house but pool stayed green and cameras facing back door where sitting area for pool

Pool was dark green the entire time communicated with owner through the whole week and was told they had been working on it all week but the pool never changed. Phone numbers given for other helpers of house were not correct numbers. Camera over looking back door where swating areq is for pool feels like invasion of privacy Other than that was a nice house just wish we could have enjoyed the pool more which is the reason we picked this house.

Green Pool. Sometime things are out of our control and we can not apologies enough it was not the experience we wanted for your stay, but our pool guy and management have worked hard to try and resolve the pool issue all week its simply down to extreme heat and rain diluting the chemicals and its taken longer than expected to solve this was also not helped by previous guests not reporting for over a week, if we had known sooner it would of been solved. CCTV only looks at the doors not the seating area and are at our home for guests security nothing else, its only viewed by me if an issue is reported. Phone number is correct for management I checked this out today so not sure why you could not contact them. As owners we work very hard to give our guests a good experience and we are sorry the pool was not up to my expiation but this was out of our control.

Great house, with reservations

There is no wardrobe space in bedroom three, with very little in bedroom two, both bedrooms upstairs. The front door lock stopped working after about two days which left us with the lock box only, the lock had previously been playing up and maintenance man on holiday. The pool turned green during the last week, pool not useable for the last two days, so had to use the main pool to the estate. It is very hard to run a house from a distance, but more thought needed to be put into the letting of the property, such as dishes that would stack in the dishwasher, wardrobe space, and back up for the maintenance man

Key lock box has always been a back up, this allowed you to use our villa whilst a new keypad was ordered which has now been installed, you never know when things are going to break and we dealt with as fast as we could, i even emailed you to explain door key pad had an intermittent fault and gave you the key lockbox code, just as a back up. We were not told about pool turning until 2-3 days before you left if we had known earlier we could of dealt with quicker and our new pool guy when we contacted him was out and dealt with later that day and again the next morning, again this is something that does happen occasionally with any pool and ours is due to high phosphates which our pool guy was treating, being useable this was not correct even when you asked for community pool code nothing was said about green pool so if we don't know how we can not fix it. We have an assortment of plate dishes cups and all fit fine in our dishwasher. Wardrobe space in 3rd bedroom its 95% of a whole wall and queen room is also adequate so i am not sure how much space you required. We are very hands on owners of over 22 years so running our villa from a distance is not a problem as we have a fab team of people who are on hand if an issue happens.

Cozy and homey getaway for family Universal trip

Great experience with this home and owners! We received all details about expectations prior to trip. Our family drove from Georgia and we were exhausted after the long drive. We were allowed to check in about 30 minutes before allowed check in time by owner, we were very grateful for that. Home was as expected, some recent updates to paint and decor. Everything was very clean. Lots of extra linens and towels available. Kitchen had many basics included although we didn’t do much cooking during our visit. Washer and dryer were great, especially clothesline in garage. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and clean. Neighbors were a little close for us, we were worried our kids in the pool would be loud and distracting to those living nearby. Pool was very refreshing on hot days and nights, lots of poolside chairs. On a typical day, our drive to Universal was about 30-40 minutes, barring any major accidents or 5pm traffic. Publix was a 5-minute drive, lots of nearby places to eat. Owners were very responsive and checked in on us. Seemed understanding when we advised a picture frame fell in one of the bedrooms and cracked. My preteens were grateful, they were worried they would be blamed for it 😅 Just a few notes: Mattresses were a little stiff, and we’re not usually too picky about beds. Fan in the master bedroom is a little loud when on, but we’re not really light sleepers so it wasn’t too bad but definitely noticeable. Home temp is kept at 76, which is a little warmer than we like, hence why we used the fan. Our family is pretty low maintenance and we don’t complain about much, especially when most of our time in the area awake was away from the home. We will keep this home in mind if we revisit the area!

Overall I rate my experience 5.. initially I was hesitant with going through with rental. The house says it sleeps 7 but after communication with Lyn found out that a baby bed is included in that number so technically sleeps 6.. Luckily a couple people couldn’t make it so the size of home worked out. Also after reserving the home and paying thru Vrbo I was sent another private contract that I had to fill out prior. I’ve rented at least a dozen times thru Vrbo and never had to do that with anyone else. The house also has 2 cameras one is outside facing the front door and the other is in the patio area outside facing the patio door.. this made me feel a little uncomfortable initially but the owner does make you aware of it in the contract so I wasn’t surprised when I got there. She also advises this is just for security purposes. The contract and the cameras initially seemed like a pain since I had never dealt with either but I grew to see owners standpoint.. she lives in another country and just needs to take extra precaution to protect her investment. From that point on everything was lovely. Check in was seamless and Lyn was an amazing host.. the house was tidy and clean and had all the things you need for a comfortable stay.. she checked in on us and made sure all was good and wanted to make sure there were no issues. She was always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns. She was even able to assist with a later checkout because of our late flight and delays.. it was truly a pleasure dealing with Lyn and I would definitely recommend her property or any others she hosts just on her hosting skills alone. Thanks Lyn!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Lyn was very attentive and responded when we needed anything. The house has everything you would need on vacation and more. My only suggestion would be that the master bed be upgraded, it is very very stiff and we did have some issues sleeping.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay. The property had everything we needed to make it feel like home which allowed us to save money on our trip by being able to cook and do laundry. Lyn was great. She was a wonderfully attentive host. The property was very clean and was as listed. I would definitely stay again and plan to do so in the future!

Our stay at Bridgewater Crossing was very pleasant. The location was great for us. It was central and convenient for all our activities. Owner and manager were very responsive to any question or issue. Our only small complaint was the lack of storage space.

3 day refund requested!

We arrived at the villa very late to a basket and a bottle of wine. We immediately found there was only 1 TV that worked out of the 4 advertised. One bdrm TV's was wall mounted and unplugged, it didn't reach the wall where it was to be plugged in. The game system wasn't connected to the TV, we found a strand of hair under the pillow in the master bdrm, and my daughter found hairs all over the upstairs bathroom. We knew they weren't ours because they were black. We don't have black hair! We called the owner and a man from nearby came the next day at 4pm. He found that the 3 TV's didn't work because they had NO cable boxes which are NEEDED for the TVs! With much emailing to the owner, we were told the neighbor would get the new cable boxes the next day. My granddaughter was ill and was on the couch using the only working TV. On day 3 the cable boxes arrived. We were on our way out so we had to leave this stranger in the home with our things. When we came back we found all the new cable boxes connected, but the TVs still didn't work! On a whim I called the phone # on the screen of the TV to the cable co. Without giving me personal /account info they talked me through rebooting EACH box which took 1.25 hrs.! Not how I want to spend my vacation. I requested a 3 day refund from the owner for the situation. She told me they had "gone above and beyond" to rectify the issue! Offering us to move a DVD player to a non working TV is not above and beyond. After much back and forth she told me she'd never travel with a sick child and that I had the world at my doorstep, who cares about TV! She defended her cleaner regarding the hair strands! Once I sent photos she said the cleaner must've missed it and said she would come back to fix things. I understand things happen, but her attitude was horrible. Her last email asked us to leave 5 days into our stay! She told me I was "bloody rude" and could request a refund from the booking agent! I am a responsible renter, I would never give negative feedback unless warranted. This owner took no accountability, made excuses that she called the cable co. internationally from the UK. I'm sorry, this is her home. Once we got back home, I called VRBO. They called her and requested my 3 day refund for the TV situation, but she refused. VRBO said they couldn't refund me. I'm frustrated that this owner took no accountability, and feels she doesn't owe us compensation for our problems in her home. I have photos, video, and emails

20 years of owning i have never had such a rude demanding guest like this before i hope never to again. I am not surprised she left neg feedback after her many threats to do this, as you can see from others our home is well loved and as an owner we do my upmost to resolve any issues quickly and go above and beyond what most owners do. The guest traveled with someone with 102 temp to stay in our home which as a responsible owner required a deep clean at my expense which i did not pass as a responsible owner i would hate someone to get sick The TV IN LOUNGE WORKED FINE so they did have something to watch. Cable company 1 1/2 hrs on the phone until 1.30 am UK time as soon as i received an email from her to try and solve it took time to test with a solution add a signal boaster box management traveled miles to pick up and place on TVS unsolved he phoned cable appointment made as issue was with outside cable equipment. In the meantime this guest as stated below cancelled appointment used my personal details and unauthorised to speak to someone this i have an e mail from cable company. We tried our best to keep her informed via email as they were out and about after 2nd day Electrical items are not plugged in as lightning strikes are frequent in Fl. confusion when told tv in queen bedroom plug would not reach when it was twin room and extension solved it. many demanding e mails from her plus threats of negative feedback list of issues were 1 hair on bed a few hairs on bathroom floor not reported until day 3 no shower pressure shower head too big a dirty mark in pool yes we have a small stain from a past guest who dropped a battery/toy it can not be removed cctv was pointing in a direction which she did not like the list went on and on and so did her demands to the point of enough was enough and she was asked to leave in 20 years i have never asked this before this person is rude demanding i hope our paths never cross again WHY because bedroom TVs did not work and someone was ill so she could not do what she planned. Bedroom TV to most guest are not important when on vacation and doorstep to Disney and everything this area has to offer. 3 days FULL refund for bedroom TVS not working when guests were out and about i don't think any owner would do this the guest used the villa facilities as any guest would plus cable company equipment problem which a new cable was installed after setting up appointment again Dreadful guest

Spotlessly clean and really well equipped.

When we arrived the villa was spotless , there was a lovely welcome basket with the essentials for the first couple of days. The villa has everything you could possibly need. The owners were really friendly and furnished us with lots of information prior to our visit. I would highly recommend this villa for a Florida holiday.

Great villa !

Quiet neighbourhood, clean house, exactly like you see in pictures on website. Perfectly situated, easy access to everything (Disney World parks, Walmart, Publix, I-4, US 192), everything you could need in a house was there. Beds were very comfortable. Very easy to reach owner, quick response and great communications. Will stay here again. Thanks Lyn and Ray!

Exactly as described - great stay in this villa!

Just arrived home and wanted to pass on our thanks to Lyn and Ray Wood for a great stay at their villa. We've visited Florida many times in the past and never stayed at a villa more than once, however, now we've stayed here, we'll definitely stay again. From registering an interest in the villa right up to when we set off on our holiday the owners kept us updated with our booking and checked in with us whilst we were staying at their home. We had everything we needed, the location was great and we were able to avoid I4 which made our trips to the theme parks really easy. Thanks again.

This property is delightful and very well equipped The pool is of a good size for swimming, very clean and well kept. You have everything you want from towels to a lovely welcoming basket Which was a great surprise I would highly recommend this property to anyone and the owners are really helpful Would book again without any hesitation

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa with everything you could need, spotlessly clean. Lyn was super helpful and very friendly even providing directions from Miami airport. Villa is close to disney and all other things you could need e.g. publix and walmart. Will definitely stay here again.

After our Florida trip in 1990 we were hocked we just loved Florida it's weather food shopping parks and people. In 2006 we bought our home and have enjoyed every aspect of running and owing a villa it more like an extension of our own home 2025 we decided to venture to buy a executive 4 bed 3 bath pool home which has stunning lakes views and south facing a villa we have known and loved for many years so sometimes a dream does come true. We have been married 42 years and we like to spend as much time as possible with our grown up 2 children, son in law Simon our grandson Jack and dogs Skylar and Ava

Great location was a major factor and we feel its ideal just pop on the I-4 192 or HWY 27 and you are their within minuets. Bridgewater Crossing people are nice friendly and their is a great community facilities including a pool and lots to do, it quiet and very well kept and safe

A swimming pool was a must and this gets sunshine all day long.
Being a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home its ideal for 2 families and all on one level ideal if you have mobility issues. This home just ticked so many boxes and we have never looked back.

To sit relax watching the sunrise and fall is just magical to watch and as it’s south facing we get a lot of wildlife around the 2 lake we look out at. Bridgewater Crossing has it all great fishing ponds and lake, community pool with loads of sun beds, tennis basketball BBQ picnic area and a great child's play area.
We also have plenty of wildlife to watch in or around the pond lake and forests
