Relax at this bright and centrally-located 2 bedroom home.

Nestled in a quite cup de sac the property is a stones throw from the Meadows. A short 15 minutes walk through this beautiful green space and you’re in the city centre! Perfect for being in the hub without the hustle and bustle.

The space
1st floor flat located in a quiet cul de sac.
There is a main bedroom with king size double bed, dresser and hanging space.
The second bedroom is small but cosy with a double bed.

An open plan kitchen/diner lounge with everything you need for eating in, watching tv or catching up on laundry. Large bathroom with toilet. Walk in shower and sink located at the rear.

There is a cupboard in the hall with extra hanging space if you need it.

Hotel quality bedding, towels tea coffee biscuits and complimentary toiletries

This is a private property with access to a shared garden at the rear.

This property is well located. It is easy to walk to Old Town and New Town from here. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen/living room is a bit small, but it was workable. We were very grateful for being able to check-in a bit early.

The flat is very well located and equipped. The kitchen/living room area is very small so not ideal for 4 adults to comfortably relax after a long day touring the city. Otherwise, ideal for a few days un Edinburgh.

Overall the apartment was well appointed and clean. The images don’t really show how little room surrounds the bed in the second bedroom. The main bedroom however is huge and very comfortable! Great location that made it easy for us to walk into Edinburgh and plenty of food options in the area.

We had a great stay in this lovely little flat in Edinburgh! An ideal location in Marchmont, surrounded by cafes, bars and shops. The flat was exactly as described, very clean and lots of tea & coffee etc provided - thank you so much!

Property was ok for what we wanted, although for 400 I wouldn’t call value for money, that said I would think anywhere in Edinburgh would be similar money given that The Fringe was on as well as AC/DC. Our hosts were very good with communication and made us feel very welcome,

Good location

We had a nice time and enjoyed the apartment. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a short walk to bus routes, restaurants and stores.

Nice flat with excellent hosts

We only stayed for a night but wished we had more time to spend. Very nice flat in quiet neighborhood near the University. Very good communication with hosts.

Great host, comfortable beds, good location

This is a cute little flat with all the basics, a short ride or 15” walk from the Royal Mile. When we first arrived it was clear there had been a scheduling mix up with the cleaners and the flat was not ready, but we were able to reach Scott right away and he showed up to personally remedy the situation within 20 minutes. One of the bedrooms is quite small, but the bed is great and overall our one night stay was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Great little HQ

We had a one-night stay. I'm semi-familiar with Edinburgh. My visiting family wasn't but they loved my savvy choice of this neat and tidy apartment near the meadows. Owners were helpful and the place is well-maintained and very easy to find. Not a lot of neighbourhood noice despite it being in a desirable area.

Perfect location for exploring the city

The location was perfect for getting to all the sites The kitchen offered all the amenities we needed for cooking on the stovetop and oven. This is a perfect place for a family of four.

Check in via key box worked great. The flat looks about the same as in the photos. Unfortunately not as clean as described in other comments. Big problem: we discovered a huge black mould stain behind the bed in the smaller bedroom. Attention health hazard! Have reported the case to customer service and the host allegedly claims the mould does not exist.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and just around the corner of an amazing playground. The apartment is super for 4 ppl. Our kids liked the stay as well. The kitchen is super equiped and having free tea and a free Nespresso machine was really good.

Nice stay

Our group of 3 adults was very comfortable in this unit for the 1 night that we stayed. Communication was much easier with the host when we switched to WhatsApp due to VRBO not providing updates in the host's app.
