This modern, spacious 1 bedroomed apartment is situated on the sought after Capistrano Playa complex, built in traditional Andalucian style and overlooking Burriana Beach. It benefits from a large south facing terrace which offers beautiful views of the gardens and sea.

The large living/dining room is furnished with comfortable modern sofas, a smart TV that enables you to cast from your own smart device. The WiFi is provided for free in the apartment.

The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and all other amenities you could require for a self-catering holiday.

​The bedroom patio doors lead out to the terrace which is complete with table, chairs, rattan furniture and barbecue.

The complex has 2 communal pools (one for adults and one for children) with grass and shaded areas. Communal pool (non-heated, open from beginning of March to end of October)

To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of watersports in the summer months (kayak, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more). Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds, children's play areas, volleyball courts. Balcon de Europa is approximately 20 minutes walk away. There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Please note that this complex has a lot of stairs around and to access the apartment, so, if you have a knee issue for example, we do not recommend this apartment.
