Villa Property

This property is excellent for a large family group.It has all the amenities you need for a family stay.I would give it 9.5 out of 10 the half point drop is due to 2 issues, 1st a busy road at the front of the property and I belive in this day and age the electric points should have ESB ports but a excellent property

Lovely villa with pool in the perfect location

As a family of adults ages 18 to 70s we loved the location it was easily walkable to the centre and beach. The villa is amazing with 6 bedrooms a lounge and dining room inside plus a large seating area next to the pool and sunbeds on a terrace. Everything was clean and the rooms were decorated really nicely. Jordi our host was brilliant before our stay he kept in touch then when we arrived he welcomed us and explained how everthing worked. We will he back next year.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Calella. Het zwembad achter in de tuin is veel door de kinderen gebruikt. Het verblijf zelf is simpel, maar doeltreffend. Kleine minpuntjes waren het ontbreken van sfeerlampen en een gebrek aan haakjes om jassen/handdoeken op te hangen.

Top ! Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passés un séjour en famille avec 8 adultes et 2 enfants. Tout était conforme à la description et les espaces étaient même plus grand qu'en photo ! Le logement est bien équipé. Emplacement idéal en centre ville à 2 pas des commerces et proche de la plage. Très bonne communication avec Jordi qui est intervenu rapidement quand il le fallait et qui a su répondre à nos questions pour nous aider dans la ville. Attention, si vous venez en voiture il est compliqué pour se garer, seul point négatif mais forcément en ville. Un parking à 1€ par jour est disponible à quelques minutes à pied.

Titel

Das Objekt ist für zwei Familien sehr gut geeignet und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Die Lage, obwohl direkt an der N 11, ist sehr zentral und nahe beim Park, zur Innenstadt und zum Meer. Dazu noch ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, mehr kann man nicht wollen.

Excellent

My Friends and I stayed at the place for almost two weeks and the place was great. It was very clean, modern and welcoming. The host is extremely friendly and answers any questions. Once we had a small problem and he came immediately to fix it. He was always reachable and he was very reliable. The house itself was very well organized and had all appliances you need which is a big advantage. Another important feature was the modernity of the accommodation especially the kitchen, which is well equipped and looked newly renovated. The garden/terrace and the balcony is a great place to hang out and eat. And of course the pool offers a place of fun. All in all, everything was well prepared by the friendly host and the accommodation itself is modern, clean and perfect.

On a passe de super vacances dans cette maison qui est tres bien situe, proche des commerces , de la plage et de tout type d’activites. La maison est tres propre et grande. Jordi le proprietaire est super, toujours a l’ecoute et tres aimable.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Calella

Wir waren 6 Personen und haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Buchungsvorgang verlief reibungslos. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf alle unsere Fragen geantwortet. Sehr netter Kontakt. Wir konnten das Haus sogar ein wenig früher beziehen. Es liegt sehr zentral, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und vom Strand entfernt, am Rand der Altstadt. Wenn man die Straße überquert, hat man gleich die Markthalle vor sich und kommt nach ein paar Querstraßen zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafés, Konditoreien, Restaurants und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist modern möbliert, die drei Klimaanlagen haben wie Internet und Waschmaschine perfekt funktioniert. Die Fotos entsprechen völlig der Realität. Alles war sehr sauber, besonders hat uns natürlich der Pool gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es angenehm ruhig. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Holiday in Calella

The home was clean, there was all modern conveniences and the location was just fine for us, because we travelled a lot. We liked the pool also very much.Also there was a fiesta going in Calella during the time we spent there.We can truly recommend this home for friends and relativs. The owner of the house was very helpful. The "Lurex"-group sends him their best regards! <3

Sehr schönes Haus in Calella

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage in Calella. Der Strand ist nah und toll, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und die Partymeile ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Flughafen in Barcelona gibt es einen Bus quasi direkt zum Haus, aber auch mit dem Zug ist Calella gut zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, groß (wir waren zu 12) und komfortabel. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Mit der Vermietung hat auch alles prima geklappt. Die Lage ist eher ruhig, deswegen sollte man sich an die Nachtruhen halten, dennoch liegt das Haus an der Hauptstraße und deswegen sehr zentral. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, es war unsere Abifahrt und Calella ist nur zu empfelen. Allerdings sollte man, wenn man nicht nur deutsche Abiturienten um sich haben möchte, den Zeitraum Anfang Juli eher meiden, für uns war das aber sehr gut.

Trés bien

La maison est très bien située, très proche des rues commerçantes principales de Calella (50m) et de la plage (300m max). Elle est très bien agencée, bien décorée et spacieuse. Sur l'arrière très peu de bruit, la terrasse et piscine sont très agréables. La maison était très propre. Seul petit défaut, le côté rue est passant et bruyant. Enfin , le propriétaire est très sympathique.
