This secluded retreat is two minutes drive from excellent sandy beaches (Elias, Koukounaries, Banana, Ag. Eleni, Agistro Mandraki, Kriffi, Maratha) and the facilities of tavernas, bars, supermarkets, and water-sports (the Salto Watersports at Koukounaires offers our guests a 20% discount) .
KORAKONERI VILLA
Korakoneri Villa is situated on a hillside of pine trees in a
very private secluded situation, is our largest and most luxurious
accommodation. The floors throughout and the bathrooms and kitchen
surfaces are marble. Two large terraces provide privacy, sun or shade, and
wonderful sea views. The villa is arranged so that all rooms have sea views and open onto a terrace or balcony.
There are three bedrooms; one with kingsize bed & ensuite bathroom; a second with twin beds; and a third with the potential for either twin beds or kingsize double bed, and a second bathroom.
An attractive and well equipped kitchen; electric oven, induction hob, extractor, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. A separate utility area has washing machine and ironing facilities.
The sitting / dining room has soft chairs and dining table and flat screen TV; from here two large french windows open onto terraces: One covered interior lounge terrace has soft chairs and coffee table; the other terrace has a built in BBQ, a marble dining table, sun loungers, and a shady alcove with swing seat..
There are ceiling fans in each room, hairdryers in each bedroom and Safe deposit boxes. Provisions for infants are available upon request:- cot, high chair, car seat, toys, baby monitor.
The POOL TERRACE, above and behind the villa, with panoramic sea views and wonderful sunsets; is furnished with cushioned sun loungers and big sun umbrellas. The pool is over 14 meters long with a shallow end. It is salt water chlorinated; an Australian system making it kind to the skin. There is a BBQ area. The pool is exclusively for our guests. There is a separate shaded GAMES TERRACE with table tennis, a pool table, table football and library.
SERVICE. Cleaning is daily and bed linen and towels are changed regularly; beach towels are provided. On arrival accommodations are arranged with fresh flowers, fruit, drinks and provisions for the first mornings breakfast.
CAR-HIRE is recommended not only as it is a steep walk up but also to allow you to enjoy the island fully. I am happy to arrange this for you. The car would be picked up and dropped off at the airport…. Or you may prefer to arrange this yourself.
FREE WIFI is available in the villa, on the terraces and at the pool..
