Katerina was the most friendliest of hosts. Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The location is breathtaking we spent a week watching the coming and going of boats all week. Great location also for visiting Skiathos town and its wonderful restaurants and shops.Looking forward to our next visit.

Fabulous location and wonderful host

The villa was very clean, as advertised. The host met us on site, gave us all the necessary information for the villa. Katerina was really lovely checking in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and would recommend to anyone looking for a very relaxing stay in a lovely villa.

Katerina is the most wonderful host. She made early contact after booking and then provided useful information pre-holiday. She made every effort to make out stay an enjoyable experience. The Villa is quiet and perfect for a peaceful break. It has beautiful scenic views of Skiathos town and surrounds. We would love to return.

Skiathos Holiday

We had a very relaxing time and especially enjoyed the small private beach at the bottom of the garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful and generously provided a bottle of wine and an amazing cake.

Outstanding Experience

Our stay at Katerina’s property was a wonderful experience. The property was everything we had hoped for. The location is exceptional and the accommodations were excellent. Katerina is a wonderful host. I recommend her property for anyone that desires a 5 star experience

Excellent Holiday

I have stayed in the villa before in Sept 21 with friends and this time we returned with our adults daughters The view from the villa is priceless - a view you could never tire of Skiathos is the most beautiful island Katerina (owner) was wonderful and extremely helpful in everything she did and helped us with Helped with car hire and booking a boat trip (which was amazing) Met us at the airport and organised a taxi to take us to the villa and collected hire car from airport I would definitely return - the only downside was I only booked for 1 week Will not make that mistake next time

Superb Location

Wonderful location, but really needs updating with new cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and a really essential fitting of a dishwasher in the laundry room. All three showers in desperate need of updating and disposing of the rusty old metal shower shelves for holding of bottles etc. Apart from the above - great.

Fantastic villa in ideal location

I stayed at the Villa with my husband our 17 year old son and his friend. The layout was perfect, the boys stayed in the studio which gave them some independence. We found the main villa, charming and spacious. The villa was in an amazing location with stunning views over the bay to Skiathos town. We love to paddle board so having direct access to the sea was brilliant. The villa had everything we needed to self cater if we chose, but also access by car to a huge range of restaurants. We walked into the town a few times which took about 40 mins, it is a bit hilly but a lovely walk. We explored the whole island from the Villa nothing more than a 30 minute drive. The airport was about 10 minutes maximum and so easy to drive to and from.Katarina the host was very attentive and could offer advise when needed. She also cooked a meal for us one night, such a nice touch. All in all I would highly recommend the villa and will definitely return.

The absolute place for peace and tranquillity!

What more can I say that hasn't been said by other reviews. This place is absolutely fantastic, it has everything that you need to enjoy a break away from everything along with only being a 5 minute drive away from Skiathos marina and centre. Katarina was helpful through every step of the booking and hosting requirements. We just spent the whole week sitting by the pool and chilling out watching the boats go back and forth from the Marina and taking a trip down the hill to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. Note: You will need a car or a quad to get about as the walk is only for those intrepid hikers out there. We will be back and hopefully so will others that we will happilty recomend it to.

Des atouts mais il manque une cuisine à la hauteur du prix de la location

Les atouts de la maison Très bien située, belle vue, belle terrasse (même si manque d'éclairage pour diner le soir), accès direct à la mer Les points plus négatifs : les salles d'eau (dans la salle de bain du studio, remontées d'odeur) et petite cuisine très vieillotte (cuisinière très vieille), pas de place pour cuisiner, pas de lave vaisselle donc cuisine peu adaptée pour plusieurs personnes (nous étions 6).

Half term break

The villa is beautiful. Words can't describe the view, it's absolutely amazing. Katerina is so helpful, meeting us at the airport and waiting for us to collect the hire car. The villa is quite tricky to get to without a car so this is a must if you ate staying here. We came during the last week in October and The weather was lovely the pool at the villa was nice in the afternoon and the sea was still warm enough for swimming. The main tourist season was over and everywhere was quiet but there was still plenty open. Will definitely be back to stay at the villa.

The Villa was located in the perfect spot. Well appointed, lovely swimming/infinity pool. Awesome!

Fantastic views of Skiathos town but nicely secluded. Pool was awesome and there were also steps down to your own private beach and jetty! House had everything you needed - a real home from home!!

Best Ever

I have been to Skiathos on numerous occasions,this accommodation was defiantly the best.The villa is very traditional but has everything you need.The outside space is what makes it special.The infinity pool was extremely well kept,the large veranda was a great spot to sit and watch the comings and goings of the ferries and planes landing at the airport.Katerina the host was very hospitable she met us at the port early morning and showed us the way to the villa,we were lucky that nobody had been in the villa the week before so could access it early..Communication was great throughout our stay.My son and partner stayed in the studio section which was ideal as it has its own facilities .I would not hesitate staying there again if we return to beautiful Skiathos.

Wonderful Villa and lovely host

The villa is lovely and our family of 3 had plenty of space, plus very clean, but what makes it special is the amazing sea view from the terrace and pool area! We hired a car which I would say is essential as it is a very steep approach from the road, but only 5 minutes drive to Skiathos town, but also the best way to see the island. Katrina is a lovely attentive host and she kindly left us wine and a few groceries for our arrival. She met us from the airport and led the way to the villa which was really appreciated as it was dark when we arrived. Thank you Katerina for sharing your lovely villa :-)

Katerina was a brilliant host. Nothing was too much and always on hand if needed. Villa has fantastic views. We hired quad bikes to get around island. Absolutely lovely holiday. We will be booking again. Thank you 😊
