WELCOME TO PARADISE! Special for Beautiful 3/2 Condo, Pelican Landing
Pelican Landing is an upscaled community between and naples (see the pdf-file “description” enclosed). it’s really a wonderful place, I am sure you’ll love it. and it is the perfect combination of both: it has the beach, but it’s also an exclusive residential community with unspoiled nature and a number of amenities which makes it different to most of the other communities in the area. you will fall in love like I did with the quality location, the standard of living and the decent atmosphere in pelican landing, compared to those touristy places directly on the public beach, where you can enjoy the beach and only the beach. you’re conveniently located near to everything and still can enjoy your private beach, included a short scenic boat ride to the beach which makes it even nicer.
my condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath, accommodating up to six people. located on the second (=top) floor of a low rise building, very bright and sunny and facing the pool and the evening sun, which I really like very much. in particular sitting out on the lanai at night with the pool shining blue with a glass of good wine is our daily joy here to end the day. please click on the link below to see a little video:

the condo is located near the central gate which means you only have a few steps to publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy and other shops and restaurants (a pizza place a british pub, a greek restaurant etc.) if you don’t want to drive. you are also welcome to use the bikes waiting for you in the garage. behind publix, there is also the community center including a state of the art fitness center, bocce courts etc. and they also built 6 very nice and lighted pickleball courts. never heard of pickleball? that’s the fastest growing sport in the US which no one knows here in austria. only I got addicted.
again, please keep in mind that the rates also include the free use of all those amenities which make pelican landing so special. it is not only the rental, it includes tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness center, kayak/canoe etc., and most important, the beach and the boat ride to the island. even the bikes in my garage :-)
