*2027 UPDATE: January and February are now open for the 2027 season! We are looking for a vacationer who is interested in both months of January and February. There is no better way to enjoy Southwest Florida than this newly renovated vacation condo. This 1550 sq ft second story home is situated on the end of the building complex which allows it to have 3 exterior walls with extra windows and vaulted ceilings. This provides for a light and airy feeling that is a must in a Florida vacation home. The home has completed a 2018 renovation which focuses on a nautical beach theme. New paint, interior shutters, furniture, granite counter tops and a custom back splash in the chef's kitchen are just part of the amenities added. The spacious lanai, which can be accessed by both the great room and the master suite, overlooks the lush 7th fairway of Pelican Nest. What better place to sit and watch the evening unfold!

This vacation home is nestled in the Sawgrass Pointe neighborhood which is a part of the exclusive, 24 hour gated community of Pelican Landing. This award winning community includes a private island beach with chairs and umbrellas waiting upon your arrival from the Pelican Landing boat. You can also choose to enjoy the private pool complex, complete with a heated pool, 10 person hot tub, and an outdoor covered kitchen area with gas grills. Also included in your vacation home is a club house with a full fitness center, a fully stocked canoe and kayak park, a sailing center with instructors, a professional tennis complex with over 30 courts, a butterfly garden and bocce courts.

Pelican Landing is conveniently located 15 miles south of RSW airport and 17 miles north of the Naples city center. This quiet location is just minutes from the new Coconut Point outdoor mall that boasts upscale shopping and eateries. Lively public beaches are within 5 miles.

Luxury added without the cost

Fabulous gated community located conveniently between Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Close to Coconut Point mall, grocery stores and outlet shopping as well as unlimited dinning at all levels. This condo is located in a small strip of condos nestled in an area of fine luxury homes. The shared private pool is nicely appointed with cabana, and hot tub and is only a few steps from the front door. Other amenities are readily available and within a reasonable walking distance including private beach, canoeing and golfing. This condo is spacious, very clean and modernly decorated. There is plenty of room for larger families with three full bedrooms. The lanai looks over the golf course. The owners are very accommodating and take the opportunity to welcome you with a well stocked gift basket that gets your vacation rolling the minute you arrive. I would highly recommend this condo because it fulfills all vacation requirements. Fabulous Fun, Food, Beach, Boating, Tanning and Weather. We will return!

Best Vacation Ever

We stayed at Sawgrass for two months last year and have rented again for this next year, again for two months. The condo is lovely with every thing you could possibly need to make your vacation comfortable and feel very much like home. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the early morning and waited for the first golfers to arrive! The pool area is the best with grills and tables to use if you decide to eat poolside and have an evening swim. Pelican landing is so beautiful with fabulous walking and biking and also the boatride to the gorgeous beach was a highlight for our grandchildren. Anyone looking for a vaction spot in Florida will be thrilled to stay in this beautiful home away from home!
