Lovely views

The beds were comfortable. Lovely view from the living room. Shower was very powerful. Air con only in the living room area. Bedrooms were too hot with no air confans in the room.

Had a great stay nothing to really complain about in a great location everything we needed was close

Was good location and everything we needed we had so we were happy and would definitely stay here again Shower went cold a lot took so had few cold showers which wasn’t nice

As for the cold water in the shower, please take into account that usually, the capacity of the boilers is of about 50-80 liters. Once you run out of hot water, you have to wait half an hour. I informed Benidorm booking that I would be arriving late and they assured me their office was open to midnight which was contrary to the opening times published. I arrived at the office at 10.30pm to find it closed. I rang the emergency number and nobody answered. We were left with no way of accessing the apartment and had to find a hotel to spend the night in until the office opened the next day. There was no apology staff member was rude and dismissive. I would never use them again.There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the main bedroom had no window. The apartment was clean and serviceable.On the plus side the apartment was in a great location right on the beach near to the strip.

Apartment good

Location is excellent. Had a similar one in the same block back in Nov 2024. Private parking is def worthwhile. Instructions to get i to the block with a car would have been good before we left. The main road to the apartment was closed off. Not the best in the dark🤣 was def a Mr Grumpy. Also NO wifi. Altho the listing didnt mention it had it .. it seems to be a standard these days. I suggest you mention the lack of it on the listing.

very close to the beach no heating as such only from the air conditioning unit that only heats half the apartment! no Wi-Fi! no English Channels on tv! lift broke down twice and no power and water for half a day. needs a hand rail in the shower compartment?

Pleasant for a few days max, but wouldn't stay again

Good location for buses and coastal walks. Nice big windows and view. Washing line, indoor rack and washing machine good. Clean. Basic kitchen. Cheap price. Gated accommodation and nice clean grounds. Blankets in wardrobe-needed 3 of them on me in small bedroom as was very cold Jan/Feb No wifi. TV was frozen on several channels, so only had 2 blurred channels, so nothing to watch for evening entertainment. Tried to retune and didn't work still. Stayed for 2 weeks. Could do with bathroom bin, small hand soap, heater in small bedroom-very cold, chopping board, veg peeler, jugmicrowave dish. Hot water only lasted 1 shower, so with 2 of us, we had to wait ages for water to heat up. Would not be suitable for 4 people to stay here. We got new bedding after a week-dropped off in a bag, unfortunately no double sheet, so had to make do with single. Told Benidorm booking about bedding and tv but unfortunately weren't sorted. Flat opposite was being renovated from 8am so wasn't very quiet, but was off-season.
