Very nice apartment fully renewed with wonderful views of the beaches of Benidorm (Poniente and Levante). 5 minutes walk to Poniente beach. It has a lift, private parking and swimming pool. It is located in calle Asturias 14 and has fully accessible for wheel chairs.
The apartment is located in an 8-floor building, with wonderful views. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, two complete bathrooms, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all kinds of kitchenware and small appliances.
Very close to a large supermarket, shopping area and bus stop, perfectly communicated.

Amazing apartment, amazing views, everything about this place was magical. Eva was attentive, and Paco was a great door man.We don’t have any regrets or negative things to say! Absolutely will return again.

Spectacular views

Lovely apartment, exactly as advertised, all facilities provided with private pool and free parking . Short walk to the beach but not for anyone with disabilities or walking issues due to slopes and steps but parking for the car by the beach is free , very nice beach bar opposite the beach which is large and safe. The apartment has a washing machine and all kitchen aids available, (except no where to dry your clothes ) nice tv but no english channels free wifi available .However would highly recommend .

Lugar ideal

Piso con unas vistas increíbles a unos 5 min de la playa poniente. Tiene todo, y con parking, no se puede pedir mucho mas.

The view!

The view is fantastic, better then the advertisement. Short walk to the beach, very nice restaurants close by. Clean en complete, good wifi. We’ve biked around the whole area off Benidorm but this was definetly the best spot.

Este apartamento es para aquellos que quieran disfrutar del mar, espléndidas vistas. A unos pasos de la playa y del supermercado. Disfrutamos de nuestros días de vacaciones (solo recomiendo almohadas buenas, compramos las nuestras, me parecieron un poco duras y calientes, dada la época de agosto. Las recomiendo 100%!!! Un piso formidable, limpio, con unas vistas preciosas todavía más bonitas que en las fotos, ubicado en una zona tranquila, muy cerca de la playa, con parking y piscina .Cerca hay un Mercadona y un Carrefour Expres. Totalmente recomendable!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location has a great view of the ocean and the city. Close to the beach and within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants along the beach front. Overall a great place to stay on vacation.

Très bon emplacement

Très bon emplacement. Plage à proximité (100-150 mètres) sans déplacer la voiture. Wifi disponible et place de parking gratuite. Très bel appartement avec très belle vue sur benidorm. Merci à l'hôte pour la qualité de l'hébergement.

Tres bon sejour sur benidorm

Super logement tres belle appartement une vue magnifique sur la plage. Le logement est tres propre bien équipé une piscine egalement tres bien entretenu par le gardien du bâtiments. L'hôte EVA super sympathique tres agréables et disponible pour toutes questions sur les alentours je recommande vivement cette location encore un grand merci EVA également Paco merci 🙂

Perfect again!

Fantastic modern apartment in a quiet location close to the beach with amazing views. Bars are only a short walk away while Benidorm old town is a 30min walk. Stayed last year and already booked again for 2023!!

Great Location

Very impressed with the apartments cleanliness and location. We would have preferred AC but the two ceiling fans did help. Very short walk down some steps towards the beach and we had secure off road parking. Nice pool too.

Perfecto para ir en familia, zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, si vuelvo a Benidorm y a Maite le parece bien repetiria sin dudarlo. Un 10 tambien para Paco. La persona que me recibió al llegar.

Still dreaming of the view

Stunning apartment, exactly as described. Beautiful sea view to the front and mountains to the rear. La Cala is a beautiful area with lots of great bars and restaurants, some with entertainment. Bus and tram stop local and easy to use. Area does have steep inclines but the through breeze in the apartment and the pool was a saving grace. Great communication from host Eva, very flexible and accomodating. Thank you to Paco as well for going out of his way to help us. Would love to stay there again.

La mejor estancia que podía existir

El trato es magnífico y súper cercano, además de una limpieza en la casa muy cuidada. La única pega que podemos sacar (y ni eso) son las sábanas de sofá cama que son un pelín duras, pero vamos las camas y todo muchísimo más cómodas y confortables de lo que esperábamos. Millones de gracias a Eva, Maite y Paco por el trato y el cuidado y la atención. Totalmente recomendable.
