.Not for the faint hearted.

Out Apartment was great Too far out of the way up top of rincon hill. 20 mins to walk downhill every day but taxi required to return. Nowhere near beach and building work all around pool area. Never again!

Nice view, comfortable and clean apartment with a spacious balcony Shower did not drain well and would flood if in there for more than a couple of minutes. The pool was closed for the majority of our stay with builders working around the pool area each day. No sun loungersseating around the pool.

Die Lage hat schon ein gewissen Charme da am Fuss der Sierra gelada liegt, recht ruhig und mit sehr schöne Aussicht zu Playa levante. Das Parking und dessen Zufahrt sind absolut eine zumutung. Achtung besteht der Gefahr eingeschlossen zwischen zwei Barrieren zu bleiben. dem zufolge es nicht möglich entweder reinfahren noch rausfahren zu können. ein Alptraum!!

Vista espectacular y rutas de senderos bordeando el mar preciosas.

Las vistas espectaculares, nos encantó. Además, está muy cerca a varias rutas de senderismo muy bonitas, que valen la pena hacer. Especialmente la atención de booking Benidorm. Tuve un problema con la cancelación y nunca contestaron, lo que calificaría la atención como pésima. Además, cuando nos entregaron las llaves en vez de presentar un pequeño video de cómo se accedía al lugar, no fueron claros en la explicación y dijeron que si nos equivocábamos la administración nos cobraba 50 euros. De resto fueron formales y atentos los que nos atendieron. Pero como servicio al cliente, dejan mucho que desear.

Hola Jenny, esperamos que estén bien. Este comlejo tiene este sistema de funcionamiento con el parking, tal vez no sea el mas sencillo, pero es el que hay, lo siento. La chapa solo se puede usas una vez para entrar y hasta que no salga de nuevo, no le va a abrir la puerta, esto evita que se metan más coche de los que corresponde por vivienda, lo que garantiza en mayor medida una plaza de parking garantizada dentro de este. La piscina, me parece que tiene un horario y bastante amplio hasta las 22:30, la mayoría cierran sobre las 21:00. La verdad que cada comunidad pone sus normas, lo siento. De todas maneras, tiene la playita a 2 minutos andando, que a esas horas es cuando mejor se está. Esperamos verles pronto.

Die Aussicht und Größe des Apartments Die Anfahrt, alte falsche Adresse, war eine abgesperrte Baustelle?? keine Hausnummer an dem Hochhaus, ohne Schlüssel keinerlei Halte Möglichkeit ,Keine Rezeption wie beschrieben, Schlüssel kann erst nach mehreren Telefonaten im Büro bei bookingcom abgeholt werden. An einer völlig anderen entfernten Adresse. Es wurden 200 € Kaution verlangt , in der Beschreibung wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen .
