Beautiful oasis in Ravello

A this property is a 2 minute walk to the main Piazza in Ravello and easily walkable to all main attractions. Our hosts communicated with us frequently and clearly. The home was charming and has everything you could need.and xleaelyan

We had the most incredible experience staying in Ravello! From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and the genuine warmth of our hosts, Francesco and his family. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and even more charming than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it easy for our family to settle in and feel at home right away.The location is perfect — just below the main piazza, offering peace and privacy while being only steps from Ravello’s exceptional restaurants, shops, and vibrant piazzas. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the terrace and evenings watching the sunset became our favorite rituals.The true highlight was the unforgettable private surprise dinner Francesco and his family arranged for my mother. Each course was a masterpiece — fresh, authentic, and bursting with flavor, with presentation as beautiful as the Amalfi Coast itself. It felt like dining with locals, welcomed into their family, yet experiencing a five-star culinary adventure that surpassed even the finest restaurants.We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and countless cherished memories. This home is an absolute gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We hope to return on our next visit to the Amalfi Coast. Gorgeous Property in Ravello--Even Better than Advertised!

My wife, sister-in-law and I stayed at this property in Ravello for four days. It is the calm amid the "storm" of the Amalfi Coast. The property is very clean, beautiful, and restful, with a very private back yard filled with lemon trees and hydrangeas. It is adjacent to the city center of Ravello (perhaps a two-minute walk) with stunning views of the neighboring town on the hillside. Antonella and Massimiliano were extremely helpful during the pre-check-in period. Antonella provided great assistance the night we arrived, meeting us at the property and helping us find the location in the dark. We love the Amalfi Coast, although it can be quite hectic at times. Villa la Residenzia is an oasis in that sea of activity. Parking here is quite convenient and perhaps that could be emphasized in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and hope to return for a longer visit in the near future. This property provides tremendous value! Perfetto!!

Lovely stay

The property was absolutely beautiful - so close to the main square with a lovely front garden surrounded by lemon trees. Massimiliano and Antonella were extremely communicative and made the check in process easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ravello!

Incredible property and space. The garden is fantastic and a welcome oasis from the busy Amalfi coast. Ravello itself is a great town to explore the area from and quiet once all the tours leave. We'd stay again. The only downside to this property was that the internet was unusable. Be aware too that there is a 100 euro cash deposit and a tourist tax of 3 euros per day (cash) per person which wasn't listed on the VRBO listing ahead of time.

Perfect Location & Amenities

Great spot just off the central square. Easy to get to as well via vehicle and quick walking access to all parts of town. The checkin and checkout were smooth with no issues. The team was flexible with my early arrival and departure times. The house was extremely clean and well maintained with excellent views of the mountainside. And having a washer for laundry was a great benefit!

This place is truly special!!! Attended a friends wedding and needed a spot for a few nights. Great location off the square, easy to find, great host and a beautiful property. The garden green space was incredible. Book this spot and you wont regret your decision!!!

The perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The yard and gardens were meticulously manicured and the properly very well maintained. It is the perfect place for those with a car…the private parking makes it the perfect place to call home during a stay on the Amalfi Coast. Walk up a few stairs…and we’re in the main piazza. A short walk to the mini market, restaurants, gardens, and the Duomo. Walk a bit farther to the bus stop to go to Amalfi and then catch ferries to Positano, Sorrento, or Isle of Capri. Fresh lemons and limes from the trees in the back yard, along with fresh basil and tomatoes from the garden helped us enjoy some fantastic dinners and lunches. The only negative was the internet…which was pretty much unusable. The villa next door has the internet connection and router. There was a booster in our villa to strengthen the signal from the property next door, but it never made it past one bar, and constantly dropped. We had two apple devices and two android devices…none of which worked for more than a few minutes before dropping. (and I had a separate concern about sharing internet with the property next door in that I was concerned that it was not completely secure)

Magical

An amazing week in Ravello. Antonella was informative and competent. The villa is clean and comfortable with full kitchen amenities if eating in is what you want to do to take a break from the great restaurants in the area. Transportation is easy to Amalfi,Positano , or other points of interest. We rented a car and braved the Amalfi drive which proved to be a fun event. The view from the yard looks like a painting plastered to a large wall, beautiful. Thank you for a memorable week, and we hope to see you again. We highly recommend this villa if you are looking to stay for music events and close to Amalfi .

What an amazing gem!

From booking this lovely villa to leaving the whole experience was seem less and both the owners and Antonella cannot do enough to assist you in your stay. The location is superb with amazing views and a lovely garden to relax in but close to some great restaurants and bars. The organic garden with a range of produce was such a great addition, the basil tomato and lemons were delicious. Thank you Giovanni, Antonella and Massimillano

Fantastic location

Great quiet and convenient location, clean and everything you need. Amazing view and private backyard! We were grateful for the fan on the hot nights. Will need to pick up a few essentials at the market when you come (dishwashing soap, laundry detergent,shampoo,bath soap )Very small laundry machine that didn’t wash things the best. Would definitely stay again,

Beautiful and peaceful place in the heart of Ravello

We had a lovey stay for a week. The accommodation is clean, light and very comfortable. The outside space with lemons and oranges, a large lawn and lovely views is perfect for a family. The piazza is easily accessible. The provision of parking was also welcome. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would choose it again when next in Ravello.

Perfekt til to par eller en familie. Dejlig have med flot udsigt. Helt tæt på byen.Privat p-plads.

Huset ligger perfekt: stille og roligt med fin lille have med citron og appelsintræer, hvor man blot kan plukke løs og nyde de friske frugter. Dejlig udsigt med Scala. Huset er godt indrettet med to store soveværelse og to badeværelser. Der er kun 3-4 minutters gang til den store livlige plads foran domkirken, men man kan slet ikke høre byen. Det er et stort (og nødvendigt) plus med den private parkeringsplads. Ravello er en dejlig by at holde feirie i med mange gode restauranter.

An ideal house for staying in Ravello

We had this house for a week and found it ideal in every way. It is located just below the town square and close to shops and restaurants, but is secluded and private. It is very attractively done, with its colorful tiles, and is there is plenty of storage and hang-up,space for clothes . The kitchen is modern, with an abundance of pots and pans for anyone who wanted to prepare their own meals, but Ravelllo isn't really a town for that, as there are any number of excellent restaurants at very reasonable rates. Massimiliano, the owner was always prompt and helpful as we made arrangements, and Clelia, who attended to details was very friendly and extremely nice, which seems typical of the people in this lovely town.
