This luxury condo is located in Building Three, where the main lobby is & steps away from the famous "Doc’s Beach House" restaurant on Barefoot Beach. Never run out of things to do. Great getaway

We loved the location of this property. It was an easy walk to the beach, close to great restaurants (loved Sweet Melissa’s ice cream), convenient to paddle boarding and the Everglades. The condo had everything my daughter and I needed for a comfortable stay. The wagon to load up the chairs and umbrella made prepping for the day a breeze.

The Unit was Great! The Construction made if confusing to get in to the Unit for the first time, since we did not arrive until about midnight.

Great location but they neglect to tell you that the property is in disrepair because of the hurricanes. The unit itself is in need of a COMPLETE update. Desperately needs attention from the owner. Black mold in ice maker, tp holder falling off the wall. Very disappointing

Well equipped, clean, convenient & comfort able. However we had a few issues. Had to flip mattress because it was heavily sagging on one side. Also, DVD player didn’t work, no cart for beach things as advertised. Other than that, everything was great. Nice linens, every thing u need in a kitchen, even dish & laundry soap & foil& plastic wrap for food storage. Beach is as promised directly across the street but parking is expensive & very limited. The only downside was the late check in @ 4pm& early check out 10am. Hotels are more generous. Worth a look

Bonita Beach Week

Overall, it was a good five days. It was unclear from the email how to access unit. I did figure it out. Also, no instructions on how to access the building which was still under construction. When we arrived we discovered the kitchen faucet was broken. I called and emailed the property manager about the faucet and she emailed back that her cleaner had told her about it that morning; however, she had not done anything to address it. She said she would contact her handy man. Never heard back from her and it was a royal pain dealing with it. Sent her pictures of broken blinds for the slider and also damage to the bathroom wall. Again, no response. Lastly, the smoke alarm started beeping while we we there. Notified the property manager and no response again. Location is excellent. Pools were still not opened but seemed to be close to opening.

You can't beat the location. Walk to beach and some eating places. Nice and close. The unit is totally equipped. Beach wagon came in handy. We even used the Pickleball courts. Everything anyone could need.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and loved every minute! Great location with so much to do either by foot or by car. The complex is so close to the beach, pool is even closer. Condo was comfortable and had what we needed. Lisa was very responsive and took good care of us. Don’t miss the Everglades or Sweet Melissa’s!

Cute condo in great location

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Beach supplies including chairs, coolers, and a wagon were all provided. Lisa was great and check in was smooth. Definitely would come back!

Very nice, clean and beautiful place, it has everything you need. Loved the cart and beach chairs, makes it easy to cross to the beach and enjoy the sunset. Very comfy king bed. Very prompt response from Lisa as well. Loved it!

This condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. Walking distance to the beach and Doc’s restaurant and beach rentals. Beach items such as a beach wagon, chairs, etc were very helpful during our stay. Again, very clean.

I have done a lot of construction work in various states and am now working on a new chapter in my life. I hope you will enjoy our small Beach Retreat Under The Sun.

Why they chose this property

This is the only property of its kind in Barefoot Beach. Nothing like it comes close. It also strategically located where you can enjoy different views of the Gulf. It is within walking distance, and my that I mean 129 steps from the edge of the Beach and Tennis club (where the condo is located) to the beach. You will love this place so much you will want to move there as soon as possible.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is only 20 minutes from the Ft Myers Airport (RSW). It is approximately 2 hours from Orlando or Tampa or Miami, depending on your preference. It is quiet yet very engaging. It is not as crowed by tourists as Naples or Ft Myers and the people there are so friendly you might think you know them from back home. We came here once and loved it so much we bought this condo we now want to share with you.
