Newly built 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony close to transport links. Gorgeous views across London, with an amazing sunset.
There is underfloor heating in the living room and both bedrooms, along with engineered oak flooring and individual thermostatic temperature controls. The double bedroom features carpet with a fitted wardrobe and large super king bed (180cm mattress) Smaller bedoorm also has fitted wardrobe with work desk and double bed (140cm mattress)

Great location - a quck walk to the Underground, Borough Market, and more. Well maintained apartment in a modern building with 24 hour access control. Alex, the property manager is super responsive and helpful. Definitely staying there on our next visit

Perfect flat and location

The flat was perfect for our family’s week stay in London. The flat had everything we needed, was close to restaurants and just a Tube ride away from all we wanted to do and see. Located near restaurants and super markets. Alex was wonderful to deal with.

We had a great stay at this property from check in to check out. The host was fabulous and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was clean with plenty of space for the three of us, and the views were amazing.

Great place and great location

This was the perfect place for us. Very nice apartment, all the amenities we could ask for and some great views of the city. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and beds were all first rate. It was easy to access all London has to offer either on foot or on the tube. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My colleagues stayed here for a week whilst working in Central London. The apartment was clean and comfortable in a fantastic location. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Would definitely use again!

Fabulous apartment with tremendous views!

Clean, modern, spacious, with impressive views from the 16th floor in a newer building. Our family of 4 loved it! Alex is very responsive and a wonderful communicator. We will be back!

Excellent 2 Bedroom in Elephant and Castle

Highly recommend this rental for any type of visit to London.The apartment was very well located near public transportation and was easy to access many areas of London.The kitchen was well-thought-out with plenty of the items needed for a weeklong stay.The views from the living room are a real treat.The bathrooms had great water pressure and temperature for the showers.Overall, would highly recommend this unit and would definitely plan to rent it again.

Amazing stay

The flat was absolutely perfect! Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and bedding, the kitchen was very well stocked and Alex left some fresh items for us when we checked in. Alex is a very thoughtful host. The flat is super close to the underground making it easy to access everything in central London. We loved having a grocery store close by as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better space for my daughters and I to hang for the week!

Great stay

Alex and Max made sure everything was ready for us and allowed us to get it early which was amazing. The little food package was a welcome starter for us to get us settled until we walked to the grocery store. Place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Close to many restaurants and shops for things like groceries. Subway station was a couple minutes away. Would definitely stay again if we get back to London!

Luxury Experience

My buddy and I had an excellent time staying in the property. The accomodations, communication, and overall value was top notch. We had our own individual space and the common area was very comfortable to entertain my daughter and her friends who we were visiting. The view was spectacular and made us feel like VIP's in front of them. The nearby marketplace was awesome. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in London

Our first time in London and couldn’t have picked a better place. The views of the London Eye from the 16th floor were great. The apartment had everything we needed and close to the underground, grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend going to Mercato Metropolitano. It’s about a 5 minute walk and they have a lot of food choices. Alex was great to work with and responded right away with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

London Flat with stunning view

We stayed at this flat for a week and enjoyed it as our "home base" to explore some of London. The view from the flat is really stunning, as demonstrated in the photos. The location is convenient, and the area is undergoing redevelopment. Grocery store was conveniently nearby, and it is easy walking distance to the Borough Market. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive.

Great apartment!

We stayed for 7 days, and it was great! The apartment had everything that we needed for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, and everything was up to date. The location is really good. The underground station and many bus lines are just steps away, making it easy to get to the tourist attractions. There are two grocery stores just one block away, and several restaurants in the area. The Mercato Metropolitano is just a short walk, and definitely worth visiting. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was easy. I highly recommend this apartment, and we would stay here again!

Beautiful View of the London Eye

Overall our stay was ok. We were a bit surprised to learn that the pictures online are not of the actual apartment. Alex provided an understandable explanation but future renters may want to ask for the actual pictures. Great location for accessing transit. Great communication with Alex. He arranged for us to check in earlier which was very helpful. Nice building and an absolutely stunning view of London and sunsets.

Just perfect

Alex's place was AMAZING! That would probably be an understatement. It’s very modern, big and everything was neat. The place was in a great location as well and there were multiple tube/bus options right outside the front door. It felt very secure and the views are to die for. Amazing views of the city, London Eye and the flats on around. The bedrooms were great, had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were also big and had everything you could want. My favourite would definitely be the living room as it had a huge sofa with floor to ceiling windows and had a great couch. 5/5 for the place and will definitely stay here again when I come back to London!

Sweet 16th Floor Condo Views of London

We had an amazing stay at Alex's place. The views from every room and porch are simply breath taking. Alex is such a considerate host, he even reached out to see if we wanted to check in a day early due to the rail strikes that were to occur the day of our arrival. How awesome is that for a host? The condo was extremely clean, comfortable beds and bedding but the best is the main living area with an open kitchen, living room and deck. Book now, you won't be disappointed. One hidden gem in the neighborhood is the Mercato Metropolitan which is literally 1.5 blocks from Alex's place. It is a full of different ethnic food vendors and craft beer choices. The only meal we cooked at Alex's was breakfast (which by the way is fully stocked and swanky!)
