Casa Génesis in Playa Honda is an incredible newly renovated apartment with a wonderful terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The situation is ideal just 450 meters from the beach!
The apartment with 55 m² and capacity for 4 people, has been renovated and furnished with a modern design. At the entrance is the hall and the dining and living room area with flat TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a comfortable chaise longue armchair. From the living room there is access to the independent kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, fridge and complete kitchenware. From the kitchen there is access to the room with a large pantry and a washing machine and ironing area.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 beds. Both bedrooms have windows, large closets, ceiling fans and a desk.
The outdoor area consists of a beautiful 15m2 terrace, with a garden area, barbecue and outdoor area, ideal for eating enjoying the sun. The apartment is ideal for families, couples and work remotely!
