The house has 115 m2 of living space, consists of a main area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning, and access to the pool and terrace.
There are also two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other offers two separate beds. Each room is air-conditioned.
A small private room connected to the house offers an additional bedroom with a fully equipped private bathroom.
The facility has 350 m2, is fenced, contains an outdoor pool, covered terrace and barbecue. Parking is provided for 2 cars.
The house is 600 meters from the nearest beach and is located in a quiet location.
