Located in trendy Notting Hill, this bright split-level two double bedroom apartment with roof terrace is a perfect home base for anybody looking to explore one of London's coolest areas and beyond. This charming property is beautifully presented throughout and benefits of a spacious living room with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two large bedrooms (one en -suite) and the added benefit of a cozy veranda. The property has its own private entrance and is located in Portobello Road.

All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.
You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

For those who are light sleepers :) the main bedroom faces Portobello Road, some noises can be heard but we recently added a double glazing laminated acoustic glass to minimise any noise!

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.

If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges
Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:
Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.
Fee of £35 for check-ins after 10pm (max midnight)

Great place and location. We had a wonderful trip. Could not be more central to notting hill. Great spot near by including pub and breakfast spots. Mikes for breakfast was wonderful - Across the street from the book store. Thank you.

Perfect location in Notting Hill

This was the best location to easily explore neighborhoods and all the sites in London. The place was as advertised. I didn’t find the noise bothersome from market. The owners have done a good job mitigating that. I would highly recommend as it’s an easy walk to either Ladbroke or Notting Hill tube stations which take you into the city.

So accessible to all we wanted!

Perfect location to shops, Hyde park and Notting hill gate tube station AND all the restaurants/ cafes. Loved the roof top terrace as the weather was divine

Very loud area, very Noise Market in front of house

Property is well managed, but we heard everything like no windows. Sleeping after 6 am is not possible. There is a market directly in front of flat.

Flat in Notting Hill

Sole was great and at the property when we arrived. The flat was beautiful. It's located on Portobello Rd. There is a market there everyday except for Sunday. There is a little noise in the morning but we encountered more noise from people on Friday and Saturday night. The closet tube station is Ladbrooke Grove. Our google directions kept sending us to Notting Hill station and that was a long walk up hills. FYI. We were able to figure out the washer but the dryer wouldn't work. It could have been user error. Luckily there was a drying rack which we used. Our only issue was that the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise we loved the flat. It was very large and the outdoor space was very nice. It is in a great location to restaurants and shops. A bit of a trek to central London though. We used the tube and Ubers.

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
