I was inspired by the unique location of my property in one of the most attractive parts of St. Lucia, near the rainforest, within the UNESCO World Heritage environs and the growing global demand in wellness tourism.

As an avid traveller, I have had the opportunity to stay in a variety of accommodations and have always appreciated the personal touch and attention to detail that comes with staying in plush hotels and guest houses. I strive to provide a high level of hospitality and personalised service to my guests.

At Belle Étoile, I am passionate about providing our guests with a truly unique vacation experience. I am always happy to share my knowledge of the area and recommend activities and attractions that will help our guests make the most of their time in St. Lucia.

My partner and I live on the property and can assist guests in any way possible without interfering with their privacy. We aim to establish loyal and repeat customers as friends of the business.

The land has been a cherished part of my family for generations, originally serving as farmland. Following my father's passing, I constructed a one-story residence utilising local volcanic stones and hardwood, comprising of mahogany and brown silver barley. This home became my retreat while I lived in the UK.

The name Belle Étoile, meaning beautiful star in French, truly lives up to its reputation, as the night sky sparkles with stars and fireflies. The full moon also adds to the night time ambiance, creating an even more spectacular sight. Furthermore, the splendid sunrises and sunsets during the day add to the charm of the location, making it a captivating paradise.

To truly appreciate the beauty of Belle Étoile, one must spend both the day and night, sleeping under the stars, as the French saying goes, "dormir à la belle étoile." Therefore, do not visit for just a day, but come for a stay.

The primary objective of the business will be to enhance well-being by integrating body therapies, physical exercise (particularly morning walks), and fostering a deeper connection with nature. This will provide a serene environment for relaxation while also offering fresh organic produce cultivated on our farm.
