A modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. There are 2 good sized bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and further main bathroom. A modern fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room that opens out to your own private courtyard garden. There is also a small study area, ideal for working from home.
Guest Access:
You have the whole apartment to enjoy to yourselves.
There is one allocated parking space.
The garden is private for your use only, but please note the above apartment has fire escape access through this garden.
