This beautiful, tranquil 2 bedroom, 2 bath Flat at Las Catalinas offers you everything you could ask for in a vacation retreat. Only seconds from the beach, the luxurious comfort of the 900 square foot condominium surrounds you with distinctive furnishings and warmth. The open concept living room space and the fully equipped kitchen provide an excellent meeting spot to enjoy company or relax and have a refreshment after a day of outside activity.

THE SPACE
Steps away, you'll find the private Beach Club, featuring three swimming pools, a restaurant, bar, and fitness center. This private facility within the town requires a modest daily fee of $17 per person for access. The experience, complete with ample opportunities for relaxation, is well worth the cost, especially for those enjoying a longer stay.

GUEST ACCESS
Situated at the heart of the community, you'll enjoy convenient access to the beach and three local Las Catalinas restaurants. For those passionate about sports, the Pura Vida Ride rental shop offers a variety of water sports, biking, and hiking equipment, while the newly opened Copper and Stone grocery store provides a touch of luxury.

Las Catalinas is a pedestrian-friendly oasis, prohibiting all motorized vehicles. Cars must be parked in a central lot, where luggage assistance is offered to your flat at check-in and check-out only. Please note that valet services for additional deliveries or cart rides are subject to charges. The town is delightful to explore on foot and accommodates ADA standards for accessibility.

For any concierge services or activity bookings, please coordinate through our property management company. We partner with an off-site company, hence direct concierge services from Las Catalinas are not available. Our chosen company is local and possesses extensive knowledge, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Transportation to Las Catalina from specific locations can be arranged at a small extra charge. The drive from Liberia Airport to Las Catalina takes about 50 minutes.

Las Catalina is a vibrant, rapidly growing boutique town. While we're excited about this development, it does mean that there may be some construction noise and activity during working hours. If this might cause you any inconvenience, please get in touch with us.

Additionally, we do not offer cable, satellite, or local TV services. However, we provide internet-based streaming via Apple TV/Firestick in the living room, suitable for those with Netflix and similar subscriptions. Also, we do not have a local telephone available.

The use of tobacco products, including smoking, chewing, and the use of vapor or e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden throughout the property. This ban applies to all areas, both within the Apartment and its outdoor spaces, such as patios and gardens. Should a guest be discovered violating this policy through evidence of tobacco use, smoking, chewing, vaping, or e-cigarettes, or if damage to furniture attributable to such activities is identified by the host or cleaning crew, a deep cleaning fee of $500.00 (US Dollars) will be imposed on the guest. Smoking of any kind is not permitted.
