Grocery store was really close

The door man was very helpful he stored our luggage while we waited to get in. The neighbor hood was very safe. The kitchen lacked a few things, but the grocery store was so close. The master bedroom mattress could have been better. But over all a nice flat and nice walk to Ancient Rome.

Nice space needs a few tweaks of care by management

I can overlook little things. -no microwave-not a huge deal but needed to boil hot water for tea since the pot was filled with hard water calcium build up. -dropped a prescription pill on bedroom floor with all dust bunnies and dirt under bed decided to not find it. Our reservation was for 3 adults and there was barely enough hot water daily for one of us to have a hot shower. We tried spacing out time, but didn’t work. When I emailed to ask I was told to watch a video that basically showed how to turn on hot water tank. Tried turning “on” several times to no avail. But also annoyed with the lack of help from mgmt company. Although the space was good sized and the location was great for our needs, and little things were items to look past-the hot water and lack of care and concern ruined it for us.
