Beautiful apartment located on the 6th floor of a building with lift in the Monteverde district. The property is located a few steps from the very convenient stop of tram line number 8, in a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazza Venezia and Largo Argentina. Characterized by a magnificent brightness, it is composed of a living room with a fully equipped modern kitchenette and an equipped peninsula, two balconies where it is possible to have a coffee on the outdoor table, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower and a bed divisible double. The property has been recently renovated, is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning in every room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, wifi and TV. Perfect apartment for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a modern property in the beautiful Monteverde neighborhood.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice place to come back to and unwind after a day of seeing the sites. It's very close to convenient public transportation.

Perfect Apartment

This very modern, clean, updated apartment was the perfect place for our family trip. It was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for including a hairdryer in the apartment.

Cozy is correct!

We had a wonderful short stay at The Cozy House. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Not walkable to downtown, but easy walk to tram. Loved the balconies!!

Cute stay

My experience and communication with the sponsor and their colleagues started before I started my vacation. They were kind to share ways to travel and and things during my vacation. Manuela was extremely helpful with my stay and was available daily to ensure I was able to move around without getting too lost as I traveled throughout Rome and other locations during my stay. I really appreciate all of her help and highly recommend this location.

Our stay at the cozy house apartment was great - it was close to cafes, dining, and grocery store. It is a bus ride/ subway/ train trip to the sites for only a couple of euro. We were very happy with the apartment and would recommend it to get away from the tourist parts of Rome.

Wonderful property and host

The bus is a short walk and takes you right to the colleseum, 30 min. Reataurants close about 15 min. Walk. We enjoyed Mamami and a local fish restaurant, cafeteria style. Prices very good. Mare de terracina

Great stay

We had a great stay. Close to the train station and the tram for easy access to the centre of Rome. The place was clean and had everything as described. I do how ever think more toilet paper could be provided as we received 1 roll per person. Manuela was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.

Bright apartment

Apartment was clean and neat. Community seemed safe to us and grocery store and tram were convenient. Getting back and forth to the sights was not difficult. All in all we had a good and comfortable stay.

Short stay, GREAT stay

Communication was GREAT, from the beginning to the end. When I asked about taking the train from the airport to the apartment it was suggested to get a private driver. They made the arrangements for me. This made things extremely convenient and was very affordable. Any questions we had during our stay was answered within a few minutes. The apartment was clean and very cofortable for four people.

When in Rome!

We had a very enjoyable stay here at Manuela’s place. Although you are outside the main area of Rome, the location is perfect as it is about a 5 minute walk to the Tram which takes you directly into the heart of Rome and about a 10 minute walk to one of the main train stations. The views were incredible from the apartment as you are on the 6th floor. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation we have, is to add a couch for more relaxing to chat with family. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and would stay here again. Thank you again for hosting us!

Needs comfy chairs in the living area. A bit on the cold side. Otherwise felt was very clean and well laid out. Found the location a bit far out despite the good tram system

Cozy apartment

Nice apartment. Lots of light and a wonderful kitchen. Our major disappointment is that there was no couch. If you wanted to visit you sat at the kitchen table. This is fine, but someone in our party had back problems and couldn’t sit in the plastic chairs.

A Great Value & Wonderful Place to Stay in Rome

The apartment was everything captured in the description: very spacious, bright, super clean and well appointed with modern appliances: a full, well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, two large bedrooms and private baths, multiple balconies and a corner location that allowed a lovely afternoon breeze into the apartment when the sliding doors were open. There were air conditioning units in three of the rooms and it was located right off a main road where you could catch a bus to the City Center or out to other locations (Caracalla Baths or Cicus Maximus) Our host, Manuela, was wonderful. She was waiting for us when we arrived and she was available by text for anything that came up (and she responded immediately). We absolutely loved the apartment—the location is a distance from the City Center, but the nearby #8 bus will take you right across the river into the heart of town for 2 Euros round trip. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Apartment located in the XV Municipio. The flat is on the 6th floor; with a tiny lift that fits 2 people with luggage. The interior of the flat is exactly as pictured on the site. It’s conveniently located to the #8 Tram and easily accessible to Central Rome and Trastevere via train or taxi. There’s a cute cafe next door that served good food when you’re in a pinch and restaurants within walking distance on Circonvallazione Gianicolense. Highly recommend Ristorante Cinese Xiang Cheng, a good Chinese restaurant nearby when you want a break from pasta and pizza: The flat has 3 balconies where we enjoyed breakfast, coffee, tea, wine. Don’t be daunted by the neighborhood: the buildings have been tagged but MANY buildings in Italy have graffiti on them. Do note, the showers are very small. My daughter stayed in the blue room, is very petite and still hit her elbows on the shower door and walls while showering. Also, the front door is difficult to unlock from the inside and once it took us almost 10 minutes to unlock it. Communications with Isaac was seamless and he shared many great tips prior to our trip. Isaac was not available to meet us when he arrived so he connected us to his colleague Manuela to let us into the flat and provide all the necessary information. In sum, apart from the minor issues mentioned, we enjoyed our stay at the flat and would recommend it to others. Sharing a few external shots as none are shared in the flat description.

Tolle Gastgeber

Wir hatten, 4-köpfige Familie, eine wunderschöne Woche in Rom. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief alles ohne Probleme. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung/Unterkunft war Top..👌 und die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Joli appartement tout confort

Nous avons passe un agreable sejour. Manuella nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et patience. L appartement est de tout confort et propre dans un immeuble bien entretenu. Dommage que la ligne de chemin de fer passe juste derrière. Plutôt bruyant à mon gout qui suis habituée au chant des oiseaux. Le tramway n 8 permet d acceder facilement au centre historique de Rome.La superette est juste dans la rue d en face et il y a des restaurants. Je recommande cet appartement.

5 jours à Rome

Nous étions de passage à Rome et l'objectif était de faire des visites. Nous avions besoin d'un point de chute pour nous reposer. L'appartement est super propre et bien entretenu. Il offre un grand confort avec 2 chambres bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les transports et les différents sites. Nous remercions Francesca pour son accueil.
