Enjoy a unique stay at Los Pinos, a charming one-story house, fully renovated and surrounded by nature. Its large garden, with majestic pine trees, provides pleasant shade in summer, keeping the interior cool and comfortable.

Located in L’Escala, a picturesque fishing village, the house offers the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. You can choose between fine sandy beaches or rocky coves, practice water sports, discover the local cuisine, or explore the region’s rich cultural heritage.

The house is close to the seafront promenade, Riells Beach, and the Port.

Bedrooms:2 rooms: Bedroom 1:1 bed (150 cm)
Bedroom 2:2 beds (90 cm each)
Bathrooms:1 bathroom with shower, sink, and W.C.
Kitchen:Fully equipped with appliances and utensils, with access to the terrace and garden views.
Living room:Lounge with TV (national and international channels), dining table, and access to the terrace with garden.
Private garage:Attached to the house, with a washing machine. Ideal for bicycles, but not suitable for cars.
Outdoor area:
Garden:Private and fenced.
Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Terraces:2 terraces, one at the entrance and another with kitchen access, equipped with a table and chairs.
