Maui Kai 204 is a newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that features a new fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, floors, ceiling, furniture, and appliances. With a king-size bed and two twin couches (day bed), this condo can accommodate up to 4. guests Open the double sliding glass doors and enjoy the tropical ocean breezes or use the central air conditioning system to cool off after a day in the sun. Relax and enjoy the large flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi, and cable TV.

Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The resort features a heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ area, and poolside cabana with kitchen and laundry facilities on site.

This condo is right on the water. You feel like you are on the water, listening to the waves and watching whales and turtles from your chair. Has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable!

A good condo. Not fancy but also not as much money as other area condos. Great view of the ocean just outside the back huge window. Nice pool area and hot tub and nice beach next door. Nice path down the lakefront to more beaches! No complaints.

Wonderful condo that was fully equipped for all your needs. Nice pool area with BBQ grills available for the guests at the pool facility. This unit has 4’x6’ sliding glass windows that open up to a magnificent ocean view. If you enjoy watching whales, this is the place to be!

Good location, the sea is about 20 feet from the condo. Nice kitchen amenities. Daybeds were comfortable for sleeping. Excellent communications from the property mgmt company.

My perfect stays was very easy to work with, they provided easy and timely information on check-in/out. The condo location was great and the view was phenomenal. Lots of extras (beach chairs/umbrellas/beach towels/coolers) that we were able to enjoy. Just the right amount of space for family of four!

Awesome Condo!
