This was a fantastic place to stay while we enjoyed all the skiing and good food at Camel Back Resort. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Bonus was the use of the real fireplace and perfectly cut wood provided. The host was easy to communicate with. The layout inside has a nice open cabin feel with a view of the mountain ski resort lights at night.

Comfy stay, plenty of room for the family

Cozy layout for the family and stocked with everything you’d want (including towels, sheets, toilet paper, kitchen stuff, games, etc). Basement room was great to spread out and play games.

Nice property close to the slopes

This is a nice property close to Camelback Resort. We were there for skiing and snowboarding over New Year’s Eve, meeting up with family at another rental close by. Nice open layout, beautiful view of the mountain lit up at night. Not far from outlets for shopping.

Refrigerator full of out dated food!!!

As Above. I have pics. Not enough room for the food I brought! The same was true of food left in the cupboards.. I have pics of curteled milk over 2 months old, open and out dated condiments, flour over 2 years old. Out dated meds in the medicine cabinets, open bars of soap int the bathrooms. Lots of open shampoo and cream rinse in the bathrooms. Mouse droppings in/on the plates and silverware, Had to wash everything before using. When I asked the owner about it he said "No one ever had a problem before" I sent many photos to the owner. and asked if I could call him and talk to him because things get lost in text (because it wasn't all bad) He said/text "Do not call me!" We made the most of our stay, left the place cleaner then we found it. will never deal wit Dean again.

Just saw this. For the record, which all of our reviews speak for an excellent stay. The first contact I had with Paul was when he asked for info and instructions a couple days before stay. I told him I was driving and would be sending them when I was done. not 2 minutes later he said still waiting. I called again and said I'm not done driving and he said no rush. When I did call him shortly after I also offered a real early check in and late stay. He arrived and that's when he had a problem with everything! I told him we use the place and also rent it out. We had our ski jackets in the closet and he threatened to throw them out. I called VRBO and asked about him. As I suspected, he has complained about everywhere he has stayed. We have never had a complaint about being clean. I personally inspect after each stay for damages and cleaning. Renters beware of this renter!!!

Our relaxing weekend

Very lovely property. Condo and this time there was a dog next door. It didn't bother us too much but we did hear him. We wished that there were walking paths or some kind of notebook with what to do in the area. House was very clean inside. Next time, we would take some additional things for the kitchen. We also cleaned the grill. Beautiful view out the patio. Thanks for having us. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Mountain retreat

The property was located very close to Camelback Mountain so we got to take advantage of their waterpark and other activities. There's also a great brewery 5 minutes away and a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream and anything else you need within 10 minutes. It was a great landing space for exploring the Poconos. The property was clean, spacious for 4 of us, and we loved having a pool table and multiple tv's to while the time away on rainy days. We had a couple of minor issues and the host was immediately responsive via text and phone.

My family fell in love with Camelback almost 10 years ago. We love to ski, go to the Waterpark and we have a lot of fun at the Casino. Even though we are only an hour away in New Jersey, we feel like we're a million miles away in this perfect, quick getaway. There are so many things to do for every age.

The best part of Northridge is the view. It has the best view of the surrounding communities and a brand new swimming pool with an awesome view of the mountain.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location of this property is outstanding... a quick five minute trip to the mountain. We go home after skiing and can easily go back to the resort for dinner or drinks. We also like the surrounding restaurants and try to explore new ones ever chance we get.
