My family had a great stay here. House was clean and has a good layout. Great location on the Indian River on a protected / deep water canal to dock your boat. Owners are good people who made everything smooth. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time. This home is perfectly located and has a dock so you ring your boat and can cruise around Sebastian! The owners are so helpful and you can’t beat the price! This is our sending time staying in this beautiful home. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and we loved the screened in porch across the back of the house. The manatee came and visited us and stayed for about 30 minutes they were amazing to see. The only negative thing a can say is the bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. Thank goodness there were 3 bedrooms so we slept in one of the other bedrooms. I would definitely go back

In response to your review, all issues were expressed to us 12 hours prior to your departure and there was not sufficient time given to remedy prior to your departure. All issues were resolved within 24 hours by our property management team. It is unfortunate that you had 8 days of rainfall during your stay that caused the row of pavers to dislodge and upset a fire ant colony (that no longer exist). The slow drain of a sink was cleared within the 24 hour period by our handyman and the palm fronds in the yard were picked up by our landscapers. The VRBO support team and all VRBO Hosts do not accept and appreciate your "additional funds should be considered for the daily inconveniences before I submit my review" comment made by you as a guest in our home. We take the health, safety and happiness of our guests very seriously and it shows in the high star reviews over the many years.

House well equipped and very relaxing atmosphere. FYI if you have anyone that struggles with steps/stairs this house has some to get inside and out of all entries, we did fine though. One photo online shows 2 twin beds, but it's actually a queen. It does list it as a queen bed in the description. Close to everything, no traffic. Very quiet area.

mattress, a great location and a place in the home to really RELAX. We hit a home run! The washer and dryer were fabulous, bed was comfortable, location was perfect and the place to really relax was that screened in area that ran the whole back of the home. Some days we spent lying on the lounges sun worshipping, enjoying the hot tub or watching the visitors in the canal especially the manatees.We were sad to leave after almost 3 months but we are excited to come backThank you to our hosts for taking good care of us and our dog Meatball.
