Very quiet 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath Key West style home (21 windows) located on gravel road with access to Intracoastal/Sebastian Inlet/Spoil Islands. New screen room with 6 person Jacuzzi tub for cool night or hot days. Pets upon approval (pet fee) Everything new--fresh paint, beds and linens including bath towels, kitchen dishes, silverware, pots/pans and throw blankets for those cool evenings. Fish for snapper and tarpon off the pier while manatees frolic every morning. Or take your boat out to the Spoil Islands for fishing, swimming or camping. Nearby Wabasso Beach and Golden Sands Beach is just a short 5 minute drive for morning strolls or full beach days. Grocery store and dining within walking distance (literally) or head into Sebastian (7 mins) for additional restaurants and walking paths. Great place to walk your dog. A complete Florida family vacation..stay awhile and enjoy "your home away from home"!

Beautiful and spacious home that is perfect for a family getaway. It’s location offers close beaches that are not crowded like other popular spots such as Daytona, Coco, etc. It’s a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants. Why they chose this property

We were so happy to find a real slice of "Old Florida" still alive and thriving. The Key West style home is on a dirt road with 21 windows for plenty of light and views of the water. We love having the boat docked in our backyard for those evening cruises to watch the sunset. Or walk our dirt roads lined with mangroves with or without a furry friend. Be sure to pick the most perfect ripe lime from our backyard tree for the evening cocktail.

What makes this property unique

Direct access to the Indian River and spoil islands is so overlooked by many. Motor out with your boat or paddles out with the kayak for a true "unplugged" memory. Our Sebastian home is located in a wonderful community not touched by high rise buildings....it is an overlooked piece of the Florida .....a throwback in time. You must go to the center of town for a morning/evening stroll on the boardwalk and don't forget that ice cream treat from the many local ice cream/coffee shops to enjoy on the walk! Beautiful beaches 5 minutes away with plenty or restaurants on US 1 in Sebastian or Vero Beach.
