Exceptional main-door grand Edwardian maisonette garden apartment enviably located five minutes walk from St Andrews town centre and ten minutes from The Old Course. Retaining its glorious period features but subject to a full refurbishment early 2022. Sleeping up to eight in up to six beds across four bedrooms with three shower rooms, access to its own private mature gardens, plus private off-street parking.

This exceptional space offers generous luxurious accommodation over two floors. Built in the early 1900's the property still retains its charming period features such as original hardwood doors, staircases, facings and skirtings, but was subject to a fully comprehensive refurbishment in early 2022.

Unusually for our listings we're not describing each room individually, as the images paint the most thorough picture of this very impressive space. The luxurious kitchen offers a most comprehensive range of appliances, including wine cooler and Tassimo coffee facilities, with the added convenience of direct garden access. Three luxurious shower rooms are fitted with the latest in quality sanitary ware, showers and accessories. The master, along with one of our shower rooms is located on the first floor accessed by an original staircase. A handy utility space boasts separate washer and dryer facilities, ideal for longer stays.

The entire space is centrally heated via a new gas powered boiler system controlled by a 'Nest' smart thermostat. Our technology package includes unlimited WiFi, large screen TV to the sitting room equipped with Sky services including sport and the golf channel plus on-demand smart services. The master bedroom is similarly equipped.

To the front of the building is the most valuable benefit of private off-street parking for one car, plus additional on-street spaces. The rear boasts a private sun-trap south-facing garden with large patio supplied with quality garden furniture and an area laid to lawn. This wonderful haven so close to our bustling town centre offers direct access to the historic Lade Braes walk.

As you would expect, the property is serviced prior to your arrival by professional contractors and fitted with the same exceptional quality 100% Egyptian cotton linen and towels as used in the UK's leading 5* hotels.

The master bedroom may optionally be configured with twin beds rather than super king. The twin room may optionally be configured with a super king bed. Optional configurations should be requested at time of booking. Late requests or late bookings may be chargeable depending on the service status of the property.

Base pricing is for four guests. Please ensure the total number of guests is correctly noted in the reservation request.

Check-in from 4PM onwards using the on-site key-box. Unfortunately, as we operate multiple busy properties we are no longer able to offer changes to arrival or departure times other than on a paid basis and subject to availability.

Whilst suitable for individuals, couples, and families with older children (13+), the property is not intended for toddlers and infants.

This was an ideal location - we were able to walk everywhere in town, including our tee times at nearby St. Andrew's Links. The property was very clean and well appointed - check in/out was seamless. The outdoor space was beautiful and a great place to enjoy some sunshine. Thanks for a great stay!

Best so far

This is our group's third year golfing in St Andrews - 4 friends playing golf every day. All three years the houses have been great but this is the best - it's truly fabulous. 15 min walk max to the New Course tee, town 5 mins away, lovely garden to sit in, huge TV .....this house has everything.
