Located in a quiet neighborhood three minutes from Waldport Oregon with exceptional ocean views in a private wooded setting. Three blocks from beach access with miles and miles to explore. There is a trail below the house that leads to a hidden lake which is a great walk.
One Hundred Thousand Welcomes is the perfect home base for discovering the central Oregon coast.
To the south is the charming village of Yachats and beautiful rocky coastline of Cape Perpetua and all the breathtaking views in between.
To the north is Seal Rock, Newport and Depoe Bay, offering interesting and fun activities for everyone. From whale watching and fishing, surfing and kayaking, tide pooling to art galleries. Not to mention lots of eclectic eateries. The list can go on and on. You are in a perfect location to experience it all.

Cozy cousin weekend

We had a wonderful stay at sandpiper village. The house was cute, clean and cozy. There were lots of little thoughtful touches and the big windows gave a beautiful view to the ocean. The short walk down to the beach was easy! Sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the ocean was our favorite part! We would definitely come back !

You just don't get this same level of expertise with the large, impersonal internet agencies.It was our first time renting One Hundred Thousand Welcomes in Waldport. This house is now at the top of our list for a return visit! Loved the large deck and the floorplan of the house. Many decorative touches inside and out. Good beds and bedding; modern furniture, nice lamps for reading, ample end tables and well-placed footstools. Dog-friendly with a large, private, wooded lot. Highly recommend!
