Apartment in the Historic Centre, 5 minutes' walk from the famous Rialto Bridge. The apartment, furnished in a modern style, consists of a living area with a lounge, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a relaxation area in the mezzanine and finally two shower rooms. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed in the mezzanine). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Great location and easy access and communication

Our stay was wonderful. We had to book last minute and they were quick to respond with directions. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room to relax after sightseeing. The location was close to so much!

Stunning apartment in Venice! We were thrilled to stay in this comfortable apartment. We heard horror stories on the rail from others' experienced, but not us! Air conditioner was outstanding! Bathrooms and apartment sparkling. Loved the interior. We had wonderful showers AND a clothes washer. This place had it all and was wonderfully placed close to the water taxi, Rialto's Bridge and St. Mark's plaza. Gratzi

Initially we had a few clean up problems and the manager promptly addressed them!

All sizzle, no steak.

The property is beautifully decorated and well-located; however, the functionality left a lot to be desired. Most importantly, the listing noted that the upstairs loft had a pullout sleeper sofa but it was just a sofa. Our friends had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor (there were no sheets for them either). Also, the stairs to the loft were VERY small and steep, FYI. The WiFi info posted in the apartment was incorrect (when we called to ask about it, they let us know that the router was changed and the new info was under the router - but the previous info remained posted and in the info binder). The clothes washer leaked water on the floor when we used it, as did one of the showers. The breaker tripped 3 different times when we ran the dishwasher, and we lost power several times. The breaker box in the apartment did not fix it, so we called and were told to use the breaker box downstairs to fix it. The kitchen tables were EXCEPTIONALLY squeaky and unstable (spilled several beverages). The owners/managers were very responsive to any issue we brought up, but unfortunately there were several. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed Venice and aspects of this stay, but there were a lot of little annoyances, which would not have been a big deal on their own, but the lack of a bed for our friends was a big deal.
