La Casina has a private entrance that leads to a library furniture, on the right of the long entrance there is a double bedroom with a sofa bed inside. At the end on the entrance, to the left, you can go to a living room with a Tv , a sofa and two armchairs. At the end of the living room you have a little kitchen, with gas fires and gas oven, and a fridge fro the food and drinks; a nice wood table on the right of the room is left for eating/drinking or simply chatting. At the end of the living room and kitchen there is a door to go outside, on a little veranda, from which you can go to a bathroom with a bidè and a shower, and , through a stone staircase, you can access the terrace, where another table with chairs allows you to eat outside. The terrace is provided with nice flowers and plants, and has of a lovely sight on the surrounding hills.

La Casina a une entrée privée qui mène à un meuble bibliothèque, à droite de la longue entrée se trouve une chambre double avec un canapé-lit à l'intérieur. Au fond de l'entrée, à gauche, on accède à un salon avec une Tv, un canapé et deux fauteuils. Au bout du salon, vous avez une petite cuisine, avec des feux à gaz et un four à gaz, et un réfrigérateur pour la nourriture et les boissons ; une belle table en bois à droite de la pièce est laissée pour manger/boire ou simplement discuter. Au fond du salon et de la cuisine il y a une porte pour sortir, sur une petite véranda, à partir de laquelle on peut accéder à une salle de bain avec un bidè et une douche, et, par un escalier en pierre, on accède à la terrasse, où une autre table avec des chaises vous permet de manger à l'extérieur. La terrasse est pourvue de jolies fleurs et plantes, et offre une belle vue sur les collines environnantes.

La Casina ha un ingresso privato che conduce ad un mobile libreria, sulla destra del lungo ingresso si trova una camera da letto matrimoniale con all'interno un divano letto. In fondo all'ingresso, a sinistra, si accede ad un soggiorno con Tv, divano e due poltrone. In fondo al soggiorno si trova una piccola cucina, con fuochi a gas e forno a gas, e frigorifero per cibi e bevande; un bel tavolo in legno sulla destra della stanza è lasciato per mangiare/bere o semplicemente chiacchierare. In fondo al soggiorno e alla cucina c'è una porta per uscire all'esterno, su una piccola veranda, dalla quale si accede ad un bagno con bidè e doccia, e, attraverso una scala in pietra, si accede al terrazzo, dove un altro tavolo con sedie permette di mangiare all'aperto. La terrazza è dotata di bei fiori e piante, e gode di una vista incantevole sulle colline circostanti.
