Family time in Rome

Our family of 8, kids and grandkids loved this apartment, especially the rooftop terrace. We spent time there every day. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay go smoothly. We definitely appreciated the abundance of glassware, silverware and dishes. The beds were all comfortable and the slippers are a nice touch.We couldn’t have picked a better place for our Rome family vacation.

Even better than expected

The listing described a lovely terrace apartment near the Termini train station. It turns out that this very spacious apartment was even better than described the terrace overlooks the Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore. It easily accommodated our family of 12 adults plus one infant. Everything was fantastico.

Wow

Our family group of 10 appreciated this wonderful penthouse property, which is located within walking distance of Rome's main railway station with easy access to retail requirements. The apartment was spread over 2 floors and was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The lift had limited capacity but enable us to transport our bags and some people to the 4th floor. The cooler weather didn’t allow us to utilise the terrace area which would have been wonderful with wonderful views over Rome. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment, great location

My family of 15, ranging from ages 5-83, loved this spacious apartment! There was so much room, we never felt like we were on top of eachother. The rooftop also allowed for quiet time. The bathrooms were a good size, too. We were able to walk to the colosseum and Trevi fountain, but they were long walks, and unfortunately it was so hot when we visited. Luckily the AC in the apartment kept us cool. There were many restaurants and cafes close by, a great location. Just be aware the elevator only hold three people at a time, so getting our luggage up to the 4th floor took some time. We often walked down to the ground level and had many in our group able to walk up the 4 flights of stairs. They were manageable and not narrow. This isn’t a con, just a note. We would stay here again. Valeri, the host, was often in contact with us.
