Balboa - Via Veneto Luxury Apartment Roma 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 14 sleeps

This is an extremely elegant huge apartment with really special personality blend of Italian furniture and style. This 7 bedroom apartment is situated on a bright second floor of a beautifully preserved building with an elegant entrance with elevator, in Via Lombardia (next to Via Veneto and only 5 minuts walking to the Spanish Steps). The apartment is composed by a large entrance, a very spacious living room with a dining table 10 seats and two large sofas, fireplace and TV LCD, 5 bedrooms with queen size beds (mattress 190x160cm), two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Very large fully equipped kitchen with dining table (6 seats) and two small balconies. AC in all the apartment, WIFI, Apple Tv, Hi-Fi surround, Washer, Dryer, Iron, Iron board, Dish washer, Safe box.

There is a car parking in Via Ludovisi 60 (2 minuts walking).

The house is located in Via Lombardia next to Via Veneto: the street of the famous movie "La Dolce Vita" of Federico Fellini, very close to the Spanish Steps, Barberini, Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. This area is plenty of restaurants, coffees, shops, Metro Barberini and Spagna are five minuts walking. Taxi stand in Via Veneto. A cafè/restaurant is at the ground floor of the building and many more few steps away.

Late, Sunday and Holiday check in € 40.
Check out time 10:00 am.
For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.

-We provide one set of towels per person, each extra set costs €5 plus €10 for delivery if You don't order those before Your arrival. The cleaning agency provides some minisoap, shampo, paper toilet, trash bags, when those items run out if You don't order an extra cleaning service, You should use Yours or buy some more at the Supermarket near home. Thanks!

We came with my college buddies to celebrate my 75th birthday. There were seven of us. It is an absolutely ideal place to stay with a large group. To have 7 1/2 bathrooms is unheard of in Rome. The Neighborhood is the best, we walked everywhere. Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the accommodations were. We had a minor plumbing issue and the owner responded immediately. We hired a private chef for dinner one night and the kitchen was complete with everything they needed. Overall great experience.

This is an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and the response to any issue was immediate! There were 13 of us in my family who enjoyed this place. We were all comfortable. We have 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 14-9. I can’t say enough about this wonderful Christmas vacation! I will add, it does need a bit of TLC.

This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for large groups that want to stay together. Amazing Stay for Large Family

We had an amazing stay at Balboa. The check in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. The location is central, but also outside the tourist hustle and bustle. We had a large group ranging from 1-60s and everyone loved the property. Would highly recommend.

There were 12 people in our group and this place was perfect. Every couple had their bedroom and bathroom. The common area was great for hanging out together. The AC did not for in many of the rooms for the first couple days. This was communicated to the manager and was immediately fixed. Thank you for a great stay.
