Our host was the most accommodating host I have ever dealt with. The apartment was all it said it was. Easy walking to restaurants and sites. Our host arranged transportation for us from the airport to the Villa for 14 people. Also arranged our transport from the Villa to the Cruise port. If anything needed repairs they were quickly taken care of. He answered all our questions quickly anytime I emailed him. This was worth every euro.

The apartment was perfect for us. The washer and dryer could have been larger as we were a family of 14 and needed to wash clothes frequently. We loved our location.

Perfect spot for our family of 13; including children and grandchildren. The AC allowed us to relax and cool off from the heat (100 degrees at times) and just be together after going out and seeing the beautiful city of Rome.Allan was professional and answered all our questions - very responsive. If you had any questions he was quick to answerI would definitely recommend this rental for a large group. Perfecto!

Awesome space for large group. Highlights- lift for the stroller, super cold American AC, host and house assistant were helpful about any question that we had. Arrange the transpiration through Balboa for flight- that was seamless. Gelato around the corner, restaurants, coffee spots- absolutely fantastic.

Extremely spacious and clean. For 12 people, there were more than enough room. A bathroom in each bedroom was a plus. Living space, kitchen, appliances, and amenities were wonderful. Great location for cafes and nearby attractions! Highly recommended

Great place well located

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was great to have each room with its own bathroom as well as full kitchen and large area to hang out; all unique for accomodations in Rome. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

We came with my college buddies to celebrate my 75th birthday. There were seven of us. It is an absolutely ideal place to stay with a large group. To have 7 1/2 bathrooms is unheard of in Rome. The Neighborhood is the best, we walked everywhere. Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the accommodations were. We had a minor plumbing issue and the owner responded immediately. We hired a private chef for dinner one night and the kitchen was complete with everything they needed. Overall great experience.

This is an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and the response to any issue was immediate! There were 13 of us in my family who enjoyed this place. We were all comfortable. We have 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 14-9. I can’t say enough about this wonderful Christmas vacation! I will add, it does need a bit of TLC.

Allen met our family of 12 and welcomed us. From the initial entrance to our departure the Villa was perfect. Beautiful space wonderful furnishings and interesting art work. Great location and we would definitely recommend Villa Balboa to any larger group of 12-14.

Perfect apt for 11 members of our family. Great location, very secure neighborhood and building. Very contemporary furnishings, clean and well equipped. Great restaurants within walking distance filled with locals rather than tourists. Hostess was very helpful arranging van service to airport.
