This was such a great choice. Sometimes seeing pictures online can be deceiving, well this place was as good or better than expected. Very nice vibe and decor, location is fantastic, facilities are top. On the suggestions: while I appreciate technology I do wish there was a house manual that I can flick through.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for giving us a perfect 10 in every category! We’re especially delighted to hear that the property not only lived up to the photos and description, but even exceeded your expectations. Knowing that you appreciated the atmosphere, décor, location and facilities is incredibly rewarding for our entire team. Thank you also for your kind words regarding our staff and for recognising the care we put into cleanliness, check-in and the overall guest experience. We truly appreciate your suggestion about having a physical house manual available. While we provide our guests with a comprehensive digital guide containing all the useful information about the property and their stay, we completely understand that sometimes it can be more convenient and enjoyable to simply pick up a printed guide and browse through it. Feedback like yours is very valuable and helps us continue improving the experience we offer. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. It was a real pleasure hosting you, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back to Puglia for another wonderful stay in the future! ❤️

Wow!! Completely exceeded expectations with many thoughtful touches. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well laid out to maximize the space, especially the kitchen. Everything we needed! The location was incredible as well. I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay any better! We have been to many parts of Italy and both Monopoli and the apartment were the best yet!

The appartment is very well located at the beginning of the old town. It has everything you need. The communication with the host was good. Here are a few additional comments: the appartment is on the first floor, which means 2nd floor for North Americans with no elevator and steep stairs so if you have limited mobility or young kids, keep that in mind. Parking is easy to find around the park 5 minute walk from the appartment. It will cost you about 25 euros for 24 hours. Finally, be advised that the bed and pillows are pretty hard, in case it is not your thing.
