Brand new semi detached house built in 2023, the property is on a small development in Amble with all amenities, restaurants and beach nearby - the perfect place to stay. The property benefits from private parking for two cars, including an electric vehicle charging point (charges apply), a lovely gravelled garden with outdoor seating on the patio area and welcomes up to two dogs, with prior agreement.
Decorated and finished to a high standard, with contemporary furnishings and luxury touches throughout. The stylish living room has comfortable sofas set around a modern fireplace, with Smart TV and high speed fibre broadband. To the rear is a dining kitchen fully equipped for all your staycation needs, French doors lead out to the attractive garden with table and chairs.
Situated in an ideal spot just a 10-15 minute flat, level walk to the nearest beach and bustling marina. Visit the popular daytime fish restaurant, where you can enjoy great food and sit and watch the world go by or stop by an award winning bistro, an artisan ice cream shop and plenty of independent pop-up shops in the harbour village selling local art, produce and interesting gifts. Close to micro brewery that often has street food vans - stunning beers and food.
The medieval village of Warkworth, with its impressive castle ruins towering over the main street, can be reached within 10 minutes by car or a pleasant 45-minute walk. A little further, the golden beaches of Alnmouth and Druridge Bay. The historic market town of Alnwick, with its castle and stunning Alnwick Gardens, cobbled streets with independent shops, galleries and excellent eateries, can be reached very easily from Amble, making it the perfect seaside cottage to enjoy the immediate surroundings and to explore further afield. Beach 1 mile. Nearest pub and restaurant 3 to 4 mins walk.

Had a lovely weekend in this cottage with our 2 dogs. Secure garden, short walk to the beach. Lovely places to visit just a short drive away. Definitely recommend.

Nice little 3 bedroom house on a new build estate, 10 min walk to a morrisons and a 20min walk into the main parts of Amble itself. The only issues I had was everything wasn't really catered for the taller people or people with back issues. My other half is a little over 5ft and I am a foot taller.We found the bed a tad small and way too soft for a good night's sleep and I found the dining chairs and the sofa not large enough to offer any support to my back.All in all, it's a nice little get away but if you are a tall person or have back issues I can't recommend it in my opinion.
