Ideal location, perfect for a family holiday!



This two bedroom apartment is set back from the main road yet is walking distance from the maid square in Carvoeiro, the beach and all of the restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, WIFI, and air condioning. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has patio doors to a terrace. Upstairs there is a fabulous roof terrace with BBQ and table and chairs for enjoying an evening drink or al fresco dining. There is a 360 degree of the town.



There is a communal swimming pool and children's pool surrounded by grass and this area has gate making it safe for the little ones.

Lovely stay in the apartment. Great location, within minutes of numerous bars/restaurants and no more than 10 minutes from the beach. Apartment was nice with all the amenities needed. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac but close to all the shops, restaurants and beach.

Really lovely and clean, it has everything you need. The maid service mid-stay was great. So close to everything, but in a quiet area, you couldn’t get any closer to the pool, which was lovely, with 4 sun lounges and a parasol. Communication with Elite was excellent, very fast response. I would recommend that in the welcome booklet it told the guests about the pool pass and sun lounges. There was also no plug for the bath.

Great condo

Condo was ideal for a 7night stay. Had everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable facility were great. Location to town was really good but not if you have problems walking.its a very steep hill. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.Ovrrall

We felt extremely at home in the apartment . The spaces are larger than expected, very well equipped kitchen, the beds great, large quiet pool and a nice balcony. Helpful is that the closed balcony door cannot be opened from the balcony side. A slightly larger balcony table and a lounger would be wonderful. We expected to be on the 2nd floor when booking, but felt very comfortable after the first disappointment on the 1st floor. Basically, despite the central location, the residential area is really very pleasantly quiet, but Carvoeiro has become much fuller and louder overall, so that party music can be heard from the village in the evening with the window open. Free parking in front of the house top. The pool loungers/system could use a small investment, but we were very satisfied with it as well as with the apartment, the service of the cleaners and would book the apartment again at any time.

Katharine's place was wonderful. The perfect location to eating out, the beach, super market and the water park nearby. The pool was great for cooling off with your own sun loungers. The clean halfway through the stay was appreciated with fresh towels. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Katherine's place is absolutely perfect! The flat itself is beautiful with a great balcony to sit out on, plus a lovely shared rooftop area with a table/sun loungers if your looking to soak up some sun, there is a bbq/grill if you fancy having a rooftop meal. The location couldn't be more perfect for access to all things restaurants & bars. Beach is an easy 5min walk down the street,if not the swimming pool across from the flat. There is also plenty of parking outside the flat, which is v helpful. Katherine was also a v helpful & amazing host, she responded quickly to all messages, gave suggestions for restaurants/beaches etc to visit. 10/10. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to stay in Carvoeiro!
