The flat comprises two bedrooms: the master has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom features a single bed and a desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table.
The bathroom has a shower, and in the lounge there is a Smart TV.
All rooms face the exterior, letting in plenty of natural light and a pleasant breeze. The property benefits from a central air-conditioning system with both heating and cooling.
