Very cozy and spacious house in the town of S'Aranjassa, very close to the beach of Palma (2.4 km), near the airport and 10 minutes by car from the historic center. The house distributed on two floors, with private pool, private parking, several terraces, perfect situation in a very quiet area.
Detached villa completely fenced, without neighbors. Close to all services.
We will only accept families, or groups of friends over 30 years old.
Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all bedrooms.

Great stay!

We loved the pool amd the gorgeous grounds. Xisco was very available and responsive. The location was a lovely oasis at the end of each day, and everything on the island is driving distance.

Ideal location for our needs

The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us having a great stay

Schöne Finca mit Pool

Die Finca ist schön,aber sie hat die Küche im Obergeschoss,was wir nicht so schön gefunden haben, da unten kein Kühlschrank oder auch nicht die Möglichkeit besteht was zu kochen da keine Außenküche vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super es wurde sich immer schnell um unser Anliegen gekümmert. nachteilig ist der Fluglärm

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und an die Nähe zum Flughafen gewöhnt man sich. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, wer nicht jeden Tag 45 Minuten bis zum Strand laufen möchte. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und die Begrüßung und Betreuung von Xsico war einwandfrei. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Großartige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und mit dem zwingend erforderlichen Mietwagen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super organisiert und stets bei Fragen zu erreichen. Es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und sehr sauber. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Zentrale Lage nahe Flughafen

Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Nicht mehr alles ganz frisch, aber funktional und in Ordnung. Nähe zum Flughafen hat Vor- und Nachteile.

Der Aufenthalt war allgemein sehr schön .

Ein Auto ist nicht nur zur Empfehlen sondern unseres Erachtens nach von Nöten! Alles in einem ein sehr schönes Haus und tolles Grundstück ohne jeglichen Nachbarn einfach herrlich! Ein Mangel gab es und zwar alle Matratzen waren extrem ungemütlich selbst unseren Kindern beschwerten sich darüber, sollten mal erneuert werden.

The villa is absolutely beautiful

The villa is absolutely beautiful. The location is close to the city but provides privacy away from the main attractions. It will be important to have a vehicletaxi service as the house is slightly remote and nothing is accessible by foot. We did notice a lot of mosquitoes on the premises, if you plan to be outside, get some bug spray. The pool is a wonderful bonus and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the sun outside. All the bedrooms have an air conditioner, but the main living spaces do not. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed cookery. Towels and soaps were provided in the bathrooms. Mercedes and Xisco were extremely accommodating for our check-in as our plane was delayed and we arrived past check-in time. They do not have a lock box, they will meet you at the villa for check-in. They were very prompt with responding to any questions we had prior and upon our stay. They are very professional and have you sign a contact. This was the first time I had experienced this when using Airbnb. It gave me comfort in knowing they would handle a situation in a professional manner. We had a large party of 6 people but were only issued one set of keys. I would recommend requesting an additional set if your entire party does not want to travel outside the villa together. We had a wonderful stay and a vacation of a life time. Mallorca is beautiful and staying at this villa made our trip all the better.

We had a lovely stay as Mercedes and Xisco's guests! We felt welcome, answers to our messages were quick and friendly. On day of our arrival we were greeted and showed around personally by Xisco. We were very thankful to be able to check-in early after not much sleep due to an early flight! We loved the beautiful garden and pool, but due to some bad luck with the weather weren't able to enjoy them as much as we would have wanted. The surroundings were rural and the house private even though only a few kilometers away from the closest town. Only downside about the house was that it was impossible to call a taxi there without the ability to give directions in fluent spanish over the phone (taxi services could not find the address for some reason, no one spoke any english at the customer service, they hung up callsstopped answering our numbers after a few wasted efforts...). Thankfully we got some help from Xisco who was kind enough to book us taxis and later airport transfer for our return home! We absolutely recommend getting a rental car upon arrival!! If you don't have a license/can't rent a car, this is not the house for you (nearest bus stop 30 mins walk). If you do rent a car you'll find it easy enough to get around: Arenal with beach and shops is only a few minutes away and it's very easy to reach the highway if you are driving to destinations farther away (and you should!). We loved our stay, were sad to leave and wish to return to the island again to see more of it's beauty! P. S. Loved the dogs, absolutely wanted to take them home with us!

La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Destacaría la piscina y la amplitud de los espacios de la casa. Si tuviera que poner un pero sería que la presión del agua de las duchas era bastante baja y que se necesita coche para moverse a cualquier lugar, por lo demás todo perfecto. Ha sido un placer. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento a la comunidad Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at the property

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Rural setting but very close to Palma it was a perfect location. Mercedes and Xisco were so helpful after our previous bad experience in a property and we highly recommend staying here
