The house is located a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Solanas Beach, known for its cool, crystal-clear water and coarse, golden sand that doesn’t stick to you. The beach is free to access and stretches for one kilometer, but there are three beach clubs offering bar and restaurant service, open from breakfast time through aperitif hour and, of course, equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.<br>The garden, equipped with an outdoor shower and a barbecue, has space to park 1–2 cars inside. The house has 3 bedrooms—2 with double beds and one with 2 bunk beds—for a total of 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms—one located outside (very popular for privacy reasons) and one inside—both with showers. The property comfortably accommodates 8 people. There aren’t many amenities in Solanas, but the essentials are available, especially during peak season, such as a grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
