Our stay at Solanas

We had a fantastic stay at Solanas. Thanks Vittorio for the warm welcome. The house is very clean and very well situated (near the beach, near Villasimius,...) We also enjoyed the company of the sweet cat who was hanging around the house ;-) I would certainly recommend this house to family and friends!

Geweldig leuk huis

Een prachtig huis. Een geweldig ontvangst met koekjes een fles wijn en fles rose en een uitgebreide schaal met vers fruit. Het uitzicht is er geweldig en het is er heerlijk rustig. Het huisje licht centraal waardoor de zuid-oost kust goed verkend kan worden. Supermarktje en restaurants zeer dichtbij. Het huis is schoon en was compleet ingericht. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed. Een echte aanrader

Mi sorprende la recensione del Sig.Fabio Turla considerato che appena arrivati hanno espresso in modo chiaro il loro entusiasmo nel vedere la casa nel suo insieme. Le lenzuola vengono puntualmente pulite e cambiate dalla Signora che solitamente si occupa delle pulizie generali e che è stata sempre apprezzata dai tanti ospiti che ho avuto il piacere di ospitare. nella mia casa. Posso dire che son stato sempre a loro disposizione per qualsiasi problema ma non mi hanno mai manifestato alcun problema. Fortunatamente le innumerevoli recensioni positive parlano chiaro e sono una valida risposta a questa recensione che tuttavia rispetto.

Maison très originale, l'appartement loué est très bien conçu. Le propriétaire très agréable. Endroit très calme en retrait par rapport à la route et très bien conçu pour profiter des terrasses bien ombragées avec barbecue et table de jardin. La ville de Villasimius à environ 10 km complète les visites de la région et là on trouve, hors saison, un peu plus d'activités - restos, gelateria, commerces divers, office du tourisme... Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. la plage de Solanas est également une très belle plage...

Ferienhaus in Solanas-Villasimius

Die Beschreibung in Bezug auf die Entfernung mit 950 m zum Strand ist etwas optimistisch, oder wir haben nicht den kürzesten Weg gefunden!! Bis zum breiten, tollen, feinkörnigen Strand hat mein Tacho 1,9 km angezeigt. Am Strand ist kostenloses Parken möglich und ein Imbiss vorhanden. Der Strand ist sauber und auch kostenlos. Es gibt auch einen Schirm- und Liegenverleih. Die anderen Orts-Angaben sind in Ordnung. Für Taucher gibt es in 10 km in Kala e Moru nach Bewertung von "Unterwasser" mit Oceanblue Diving eine der 40 besten Tauchbasen der Welt. Das ristorante "da Barbara" ist in direkter Nähe. Es sieht sehr einfach aus, darf man aber nicht nach der Äußerlichkeit bewerten, ist ein super Fischrestaurant!! Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Räume sind liebevoll und sehr individuell mit viel Holz gestaltet. Es gab keine technischen Probleme. Die Dusche und Wasser funktionieren problemlos - hatten wir schon andere Erfahrungen. Herd und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört eine tolle große Terrasse mit eingebauten Grill und auch ein Parkplatz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in ausreichender Menge und Qualität vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu Vittorio war super und sehr herzlich. Wir würden diese Immobilie jederzeit an einen Freund oder Verwandten empfehlen !!!

I thank the gentle family of Steffen for demonstrating punctuality, courtesy and above order and cleanliness of my house. I am sorry that they have not found the shortest way to get to the beach. In fact, the shortest route is adjacent to the famous restaurant Da Barbara and recoveries about 1 km to get to the big parking lot to the beach. Thanks a lot, you will always be welcome in my house

Excellent séour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement située pour visiter les plus belles plages du coin. La grande terrasse, avec son bbq, permet de profiter du bon air de la région et de la vue plongeante sur les collines environnantes. La qualité d'accueil de Vittorio, attentif est disponible, reflète parfaitement le sens de l'hospitalité des sardes. A recommander sans hésitation.

La Famiglia Levasseur si è rivelata molto gentile e simpatica. Son stati puntuali e rispettosi, evidenziando un senso dell'ordine eccellente. Io spero poterli ricevere ancora in futuro con molto piacere. Li ringrazio Vittorio

Splendida vacanza

Splendida vacanza, la casa é molto accogliente ,panoramica, molto bella la zona barbecue. Molto disponibile e gentile il proprietario Sig.Vittorio , la casa é situata in una zona che raggiunge in poco tempo molte spiagge fantastiche da visitare.

soggiorno molto gradevole

Il contesto è molto bello, in una posizione strategica per raggiungere brevemente le più elle spiagge del sud e i siti archeologici della zona. La piccola casa è cpnforme alla descrizione ed ha un grande terrazzo molto vivibile e ben riparato con una bella vista sulla mare e la collina di fronte. Si tratta di una sistemazione curata in molti dettagli, anche se manchevole di attrezzature per pulire; le pulizie vengono svolte prima dell'arrivo ma sarebbe bene a mio avviso, che fosse possibile, se uno lo desidera, poter passare la scopa o lo straccio o pulire i sanitari; non vuole essere una critica ma un consiglio al proprietario. Comunque lo consigliamo vivamente!

la casa di Vittorio è situata in posizione perfetta per le bellissime spiagge di Solanas e Villasimius, la casa è accogliente e pulita. ampio terrazzo con barbeque. Vittorio è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. sicuramente ci tornerò.

Splendida vacanza

Il signor Vittorio accogliente, l'abitazione è immersa nel verde in "piena tranquillità" ed è vicina a tutte le spiagge più belle del sud della Sardegna (necessaria auto per gli spostamenti). Nelle vicinanze ci sono i servizi necessari (bar,market,ristoranti,pizzeria,edicola e mercato rionale). Speriamo di ritornarci presto. Rossella e Paolo.

Très bon accueil du propr...

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Maison à flanc de colline, dans la verdure, agréable à vivre. Calme assuré. Bonne literie. Terrasse avec vue sur la montagne et la mer. Belle plage à proximité à environ 2km.

"The property is not an i...

"The property is not an independent house but rather an apartment belonging to the groups of apartments located verticaly one over another on a slope of the hill. It includes large terrace with wanderfull view to the mountains. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable (4star hotel quality). It is pretty small and quite hot. The owner delivered ventillator due to our request. Owner - Vittorio - is very honest and charming person with great hospitality. All our demands were fulfilled immediately. He is truly Sardinian with great heart. Contact with Him was very good. There was bad scent coming from the blocked pipes in bathroom - quite common in all Sardinian instalations. The apartment may be a bit noisy as it is situated over the road and over the next apartment occupuied by the owner''s family. Anyhow we had a great holidays there. "

"They judge my house comfortable, well equipped, clean and with excellent views of sea and mountains comparable with a '4 star hotel but their vote is a bit negative. They judge me very helpful and with great heart, but in contrast with their vote is ambiguous. They speak of bad odors in the bathroom but when they left my house I and the hydraulic found many diapers along the tubes of the bath and these diapers caused clogging and then odors. They say that the house is not independent because we are near other houses. Actually I have 3 houses in a large area of 2000 square meters but each house has its own independence with its own garden and entrance totally independent of each other. In addition, from the windows of each house you can not see the people in the other houses."

"Une trés jolie maison dans un cadre trés agréable. Nous avons été gentiment accueilli par Vittorio. Attention, la maison n''a pas de chauffage contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l''annonce, du coup, hors saison, il peut y faire frais en soirée lorsque le temps n''est pas au beau fixe. Dernière chose : la literie mériterait d''être changée... Sinon, un séjour trés agréable dans un bel environnement. Nous vous recommandons cette location."

"Wir waren hier über Ostern und erlebten eine sehr erholsame Woche. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung - tolle Aussicht auf Berge und Meer! Wir waren allein im Grundstück, das am Hang an der Ortsausgangsstrasse liegt - noch relativ ruhig. Vittorio ist ein sehr netter, aufmerksamer Gastgeber - ganz herzlichen Dank!"

"Logement très sympathique, bien équipé et propre. La terrasse est un point fort du logement, elle est spacieuse et propose une belle vue. Seul petit défaut qui peut être une qualité, la maison est isolé et les commerces sont à 10 minutes, voiture indispensable comme précisé par le propriétaire. Ensemble très satisfaisant."

"Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gut ausgestattet, bishin zu Strandstühlen, Sonnenschirm und Waschmaschine. Besonderes Highlight war die große überdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Auto ist erforderlich. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Bademöglichkeiten. Vittorio war ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Nous avons apprécié l''accueil chaleureux et le calme environnant. La vue était magnifique et les distances pour aller à la plage ou ailleurs, très pratiques. Louer une voiture à l''aéroport est indispensable."
