This luxury 5 bedroom villa features a stunning view of the sea , is walking distance to the beach and comes equipped with a private pool, large patio and roof garden to lounge and relax for your comfort & convenience.
It is situated at the center of Protaras,only 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Protaras.
The modern villa is characterized by 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The outside areas of the stunning Villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the famous Mediterranean sunshine.
