The apartment underwent complete renovation in 2023 and features a welcoming living room with a dining table and television, which opens directly onto a small furnished terrace. The first bedroom is a double room equipped with its own television, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The second room is configured with 2 beds and 1 folding bed, making it a versatile space well suited for families or groups. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The single bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment is accessed through a private entrance and is oriented toward the courtyard side of the building.
