Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Marco Island, FL and just a 5 minute walk (about 1/4 mi.) to the Beach and the popular Marco Walk Plaza where you will find 6 restaurants and bars. This is really convenient as beach parking can fill up quickly. Beach cart can carry beach items on your walk. For those who prefer, there is a parking lot near beach walkway and also a car drop off area for guests at beach entrance.
This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den with sofa bed. Sleeps 8. The pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining. Pool heat is included mid December through end of March. There is and extra charge for pool heat April -Dec. 20. Contact owner if you wish to add pool heat.
Other amenities include, washer and dryer, 3 televisions all with wifi access, DVD player, wheeled picnic coolers, wheeled beach cart, beach chairs and toys, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests are provided with starter supplies I.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. This is a beautiful home and was built in a wonderful community. Enjoy nice weather, walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and just relax. We also have baby crib, pac n play, and high chair in request.
Our home is located a five to seven minute walk to the beach and the Sunset Grill and you can also walk to the popular Marco Walk Plaza where you will find several fine restaurants, dine-in movie theater, ice cream shop, gift shop, mini-golf. It is about a 1 mile walk to the world famous Marriott Resort with fine dining, sunset fire dancers and other beach activities.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used towels need to be laundered. Guest must provide own laundry detergent.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours now start at 9 pm. you are responsible for charges due to violation. Cleaners wash bed linens only. Guest must launder all towels.
Extra visitors not allowed without prior approval of homeowner. City prohibits on-street parking . We only have parking for 3 cars.
If you find any damage to the home you must notify owner by the day after checkin. Please do not allow children to jump on sofa bed.

The house was a perfect location (my watch said .4 to the beach) and the pool was awesome! There were 2 cruisers bikes that we rode around the island on, a little old but they got us all over the place. Nice walk to the beach, never used the beach wagon, coolers or beach chairs as the ocean was a bit chilly for us. The pool was wonderful though. They had YouTubeTV which was nice to be able to watch tv shows. Limited spices (sugar, salt and pepper) so plan accordingly. Also, you will need to supply any ziplocks, plastic wrap or aluminum foil (we are used to places having some of this stuff). They did have coffee filters which was nice. The grill was wonderful to grill meals on! Master bed was comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would rent again!

Spectacular Oasis

Wonderful well kept property. The owners have thought of everything- absolutely everything. Its a short walk to a beautiful beach. Takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace. Cant wait to come back.

Perfect, Peaceful and everything we wanted for our vacation

We recently stayed a week at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it. It was spacious for our family of 8. Having the crib and high chair was perfect for my baby. The alarms on the doors to the pool calmed my mama anxiety. The open floor plan is perfect and the beds are comfortable. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and movies. Absolutely loved the cute and quiet neighborhood also for walks. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great spring break

I took my twin daughters and their best friends on their final high school spring break trip to Marco Island. This house was ideal - walking distance to the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Owners had all the amenities we needed. Weather was absolutely perfect, too! I highly recommend this property!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. Great location and the pool was great as well as the many beach and pool toys for my grandson. We also used the high chair and crib which was very convenient. Very well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay here again in the future.
