Love the beach chairs, sun umbrella along with a cart to haul the stuff to the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Probably one of our favorite pools for a rental the sun stays on it a very long time without shadows at least in September. T

We had a lovely stay at this home. Clean! Tons of beach gear to be used. Pool was beautiful! Short walk to the beach which is a plus with small kids! Will definitely be back.

The house was clean. The pool area was very nice . There was also plenty of beach chairs and beach supplies. That was very helpful . The beach is definitely not as close as was said in the ad but was doable . A heads up about the road work right in front of the house and all down the street would have been nice . I was told about it after our flight landed . At times there was a strong sewage smell outside . Not sure if it was the construction next door or the street work .All in all we enjoyed the house and really enjoyed the pool area !

Thank you for your review and we are glad to hear you enjoyed the beach gear and the pool! Regarding the roadwork, the last guest checked out two weeks prior to your stay. Since no work was taking place at that time, we were unaware until the pre-checkin inspection was conducted the morning of your arrival. (Our guesstimate is the work will be finished by mid-late October 2026 but that is not a guarantee). The distance from the house to the closest public beach access point in our listing is accurate (0.3 miles). From the South Beach access point to the sand is probably another 0.1 mile so perhaps that's where the confusion lies. Thanks for booking with us and we hope to host you again!

Great home & location

This is an easily accessible home to both beach n restaurants! Great area and location! Plenty of beach items to use plus bikes and beach towels. Pool area is private with tv n plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy outside dining or relaxing. Would definitely rent again, we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place that was the icing on the cake of our family trip. Perfect location for a weeklong stay in paradise. Rooms were spacious and the pool perfect.

Perfect location—close to the beach, shops, restaurants, park, etc. (walking or biking distance) LOVED the pool area—it was great for our small group and felt very secluded. We were so happy with the amount of beach and pool items available for use—we didn’t need to bring a thing! We spent most of our time outdoors on the back patio area by the pool.Plus the bikes and scooters kept the kids busy too! Plenty of activities to make everyone’s trip enjoyable. We would come back again!

Great house and perfect for a quiet get away

Close enough to walk to the beach and food but away from the busy tourist areas. Was a nice quiet neighborhood and having a private pool was great. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook some meals at home. Appreciated we could pack light and easily do some laundry. Felt like being at home while on vacation.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home — it’s one of those places that immediately feels good the moment you walk in. Clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and full of great energy, it was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, and gadgets you’d expect, plus thoughtful basics like dish soap, laundry detergent, and salt and pepper. On the rare chance you need something extra, the store is just a quick drive away.The location is fantastic — the beach is only about 0.20 miles from the house, with easy sidewalks and a beautiful public entrance. We loved that the house provided a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, toys, and even a few books. It made heading out for the day effortless.The pool and lanai area were a highlight. We spent hours swimming, relaxing in the shade, and enjoying the outdoor TV. The space feels private, peaceful, and surprisingly bug free. Pool toys and floaties were a great bonus.The neighborhood feels very safe, and we enjoyed morning runs and walks along the beach or Collier Drive. It’s a great area for families or anyone who wants a calm, easygoing vacation!

Seashell Escape was amazing!

This house was beatiful and had everything we need. It is close to the best beach area on the island. The pool was amazing and warm and so clean. We used it everyday during our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Best of all iTrip was amazing. From the gift left at the house for our arrive to the communication with them. They even made last minute changes so we could have a late check out. We had two families and everyone was happy. The bikes were great and all the beach chairs and wagon made everything so much easier. We will be booking again at this house and with this company for later this year. I can't wait. They take the stress out of booking a vacation. Thanks again and we will be back. I would give it more the 5 stars if I could.

Took my family. We had six people. Plenty of room. Enjoyed cooking out by the pool and eating outside. Easy walk to the beach. This was our first time to this beach in Marco. Really enjoyed it! Great location!
