Enjoy a luxurious stay in this charming Villa with a private pool and garden. With a maximum capacity for 6 people, this spacious Villa offers 3 well-lit bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms featuring double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedrooms provide direct access to the outdoors through large windows, ensuring a feeling of space and luminosity.



The Villa features 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 WC, all modern and ensuring maximum comfort for guests. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, providing a pleasant environment in all seasons.



The living room is equally spacious and bright, equipped with a TV and a large window that opens to the garden and pool. The dining area is perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and there is also a pantry with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and other utensils.



In addition, guests have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and parking space for their vehicle. This house is part of the Balaia Village development, which offers additional facilities such as golf courses and tennis courts at an extra cost.
