The apartment was suited for the 10 day vacation we had. The neighborhood has great restaurants and the metro is close to the apartment and many stores small and large. The food in the area is great.

Wonderful apartment

Very clean and neat apartment, the outside terrace was though pretty curvy underneath the fake Grass. Some parts we’re loose but nothing bothering

We had a very enjoyable stay for two weeks in September 2025. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with good air conditioning and a large balcony area. It is in a safe and pleasant suburb of Madrid. It is quiet overnight (minimal traffic noise and rowdy people noise) even with open windows. Well located - just three minutes walk from a metro station giving speedy access to the centre, one minute walk from the local market and Mercadona supermarket, five minutes walk from Lidl, a few doors away from a chemist, ten minutes from the local church. Uber works well in Madrid and the central sights are a ten minute cab ride away. There are decent bars, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Good wifi in the apartment. The Genteel Home staff are helpful and efficient. The local people are friendly and helpful although they didn't seem to speak much English and (unlike the centre ofl Madrid) the local restaurant menus tend to be in Spanish only - so Google translate is useful.Overall a really lovely place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Madrid.
