The property was exactly as listed. The digital key was not difficult to use but you do need to have a data plan on your phone to use it. I would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was just as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean. A great location, close to a metro station and the city center. We arrived late at night but the Uber driver had no trouble finding the apartment and the remote access worked reliably throughout our stay. Communication with Vanessa was quick and easy.

Lovely flat in a great location for foot, or metro access to everything in Madrid. The washing machine is a bonus and the kitchen supplies are complete including (amazingly!) sharp knives, a rarity in my experience. Welcoming handouts including useful maps to the best local shops and restaurants were appreciated, but of course a few had sadly disappeared from business. Thanks to the Nuba people for helping make this stay so delightful!

My wife and I booked the Cozy upscale apt museum mile for four nights in September. Upon arrival, we found: - Sticky droppings next to the bed and hair under the kitchen counter.-Missing and loose fixtures, kick board under the kitchen counter unattached and askew, lamp shades wobbly, flush mechanism for the toilet not properly attached to the water tank. -The air conditioning unit was very noisy and also ineffective. -The shower drained very slowly and immediately filled up with water when showering.- Host offered to send cleaner but stated that ac could not be fixed.- Communications via VRBO message platform was mostly ignored. Host did not respond to several requests to clarify late check-in process. - Getting the key code and submitting the deposit took three international calls to the management company, each on the order of 20 min long. - Electronic lock was disabled on last day at 9 am despite out request to change check-out to 11 am due to a delayed flight. Overall impression: the location is convenient but the apartment shows signs of neglect.

Lovely clean flat in a great location, close to all the main city attractions and lots of choice of shops and restaurants. Good amenities in the apartment, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. The AC unit is very noisy. There is a washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes to dry.

Location was fantastic. Place was great. As mentioned the first time checking in is a bit tricky but take it step by step and it works. Can’t think of better way to explain it. Would love to stay there again if we go back to Madrid. Everything so close.

Perfect for 2-3 people. Cozy - but well appointed and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Host communicated clearly and responded quickly. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible check in experience. We had to wait for more than two hours after an 15 hour trip. We requested someone come open the door and they refused. The door supposedly opened electronically but it just didn't work. We opted to leave the door without locks the entire time we were out of the apartment. Good location but horrible service.

Great Location - Great Accommodation

The apartment was perfect for our stay - clean and quiet. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to us. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was great - lots of good restaurants in the area and close to sites like the Prado, Retiro Park, the Museo Sophia and the train station.

Awesome location!

Great neighborhood, in the heart of everything but quiet on the 4th level. Had some issues with the lock and stovetop, but I blame it on jet lag and confusing directions. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Nice location. After we discovered how the lock worked all was fine. Make sure you have no mobility problems. Third floor is actually fourth floor since there are no apartments on the ground. 60 steps up the stairs to your apartment. Nice restaurants nearby. Close to everything.

Best Location

This property is exactly as pictured and described; well maintained and spotlessly clean. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to so many things. The local metro stop was under construction during our stay - no negative reflection on our host - but if it is important, know to check. The host was friendly, cheerful, and incredibly responsive throughout pur 10 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment location could not more perfect to our taste, in a super charming and human scale neighborhood, close to everything Madrid has best to offer. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, quiet and corresponded exactly to its description. The welcome process was warm, timely and with all the information we needed.
