The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine, fridge, ceramic cooktop, and oven. There's also a TV in this area, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, and towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.

GETTING AROUND
You have everything you need within walking distance, plus excellent public transport options. The Gran Vía metro station (just 2 minutes away on foot) serves two different lines (1 and 5), making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Tribunal station (a 7-minute walk) also connects to lines 10 and 1. Bus stops are practically located on every block of Gran Vía, and taxis are readily available at any time—thanks to the central location, getting around the city is easy 24/7.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
