This is a fine property in an excellent location. Even though it’s close to a busy area, it’s quiet - which is important for us. The host is very responsive and there is an onsite host. She was able to help us use the clothes washer!I definitely recommend this place.

This apartment exceeded every expectation. It was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. From the moment I walked in, it felt welcoming and like a place I could truly relax after exploring the city.What made this stay truly unforgettable, though, was the location. I honestly don't think I could have chosen a better place to stay in Madrid. Everything I wanted to see and do was either within walking distance or incredibly convenient to reach. I was surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, shopping and so many of the city's top attractions but yet the apartment still felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.The host was also fantastic. She was friendly, responsive and attentive throughout my stay. I've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this one ranks among my favorites. If you're visiting Madrid and want a beautiful apartment in what I believe is the best possible location I would look no further. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city.

This lovely apartment was central, clean, secure and the owner flexible in our request to drop off our suitcases prior to occupying. A/C was so welcome after a day of Madrid traipsing- would stay here again.

Perfect location! The apartment had everything to make you feel at home we would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be in downtown and 10 to 15 minutes from Gran Viaand other locations. The check-in was easy and very informative.

Perfect for our short stay

We traveled through Madrid on the way to a music festival in Malaga. Location was perfect for exploring on foot. Vibrant neighborhood close to museums and many restaurants. Very comfortable bed and living area/kitchen. Would stay here again!

Great apartment convenient to attractions and restaurants. Loved the little balcony. And there was a nice living area with sofa and small table. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but there was one - also a washer in the apartment as well. Was perfect for our needs and Gorete was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location

We had an excellent short stay in this property. The accomodations for 2 are perfect. Everything worked as stated. We had a little difficulty getting in due to extenuating circumstances but were still in before the check in time and communication was excellent. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Always a great stay

This was the third time we stayed at this property, we love it. It’s a nice apartment in a great location. It’s walkable to all the attractions in the area with good restaurants and cafes nearby. You do get a little bit of street noise from things closing down but it has never bothered us.Hopefully we will be back again next year!

We had a wonderful time in Madrid! The apartment was in a wonderful location. Many destinations are within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was set up nicely. I would definitely return!

Outstanding stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property (first time 5 years ago) and it was excellent, once again. The owner was easy to reach and responsive from booking to checkout. The place was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It was a bit cold in Madrid during our visit, but the apartment’s heating/AC kept us very comfortable. We highly recommend and will book again!

Exceptional location and beautiful apartment!

The apartment is as nice in person as the pictures. Very clean and I appreciated being met at the door when I arrived. The location was in the center of everything- I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I traveled by myself and felt very safe. I will stay here again when I return.
