The 4th Avenue Room is facing the amazing Tucson Sunsets. Relax on the front patio and overlook Downtown Tucson or walk downtown. We are located in Tucson's Entertainment district. The room is filled with early 1900's Circa Furniture with Marble Tops & loaded with up to date amenities for all travelers. There is a King Serta Plus Mattress in room with a 55" Flat screen smart TV with digital cable/1500 free movies. The private bathroom has 2 sinks and a large walk in shower.

This hidden gem is located in the heart of Downtown Tucson on historic 4th Avenue. It is the ideal place to relax in pure luxury. There are many unique pieces of artwork and the furniture is from the early 20th century. You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 100-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1917. There are many stories to be made in this neighborhood so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 2 bedrooms in the main house with private bathrooms for each room. The 4th Ave room is on the south end of The 4th Ave house and has 2 private entrances that is the room listed on this rental, if you would like to rent the compete house please request the link through message and we will send to you. There are other rentals on the property but you will have complete privacy. The front entrance has a covered front porch facing 4th Avenue with comfortable seating to watch the sunset or relax.

if you have any issues, I am always available. I truly care and my goal is to make sure your stay is memorable. I am not just a regular host that gives you the keys and leaves. I will take you on a personal tour of this amazing home built over 100 years ago. If your are in a hurry, I completely respect that and I can show you the safety Tips quickly. I take care of the property daily so if you have any issues or requests I am available anytime. I do live across the street but I do not access the home when rented. I do not mind socializing but I would be more than happy to give your space during your visit. I would also be more than happy to give you a walking tour of Downtown Tucson or put together some evening snacks for you upon your request!
