You will enjoy a unique space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for four people, just a few meters from Madrid's Gran Vía and the perfect tranquility for rest.

Bedroom 1: with a 1.50cm double bed, premium viscoelastic mattress, large exterior windows with plenty of light, air conditioning, and heating.

Bedroom 2: with a 1.50cm double bed, premium viscoelastic mattress, and large exterior windows with plenty of light.

Living room: with a spectacular cotton fabric designer sofa, a 65-inch Smart TV, high-speed internet, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare what you want. You will have a modern ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker at your disposal. Additionally, a toaster and electric kettle along with complete tableware and cutlery.

Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. You will also find shampoo, shower gel, towels, and a hairdryer.

The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.



The apartment is located in a very central and quiet building with exterior windows overlooking Calle San Bernardo, just one street away from Gran Vía. There is no elevator, but access via the stairs is very comfortable. Access is completely secure and autonomous—you will enter the accommodation safely and without keys, using a very convenient and efficient system.



Located in the heart of one of the trendiest neighborhoods in the capital, our apartment is where fashion and urban culture thrive. You can walk along one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in Madrid, as well as being close to major tourist stops such as Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.



The Santo Domingo Metro is just 100 meters from the apartment. Nearby are also the Noviciado and Plaza de España metro stations with various connections throughout the city. Additionally, there are several nearby bus stops for easy transportation around the city.
